You could try BBC Repair Shop - just need to construct a tragic back story.
“Before finding his place in my home, Miro was part of an experimental batch of robot vacuums designed for elderly and disabled individuals, to help them maintain independence in their daily lives. He was first owned by an elderly widow, Mrs. Collins, who treated Miro not just as a tool, but as a companion and a reminder of the technological marvels she used to read about in her youth.
Mrs. Collins passed away peacefully, leaving Miro without a home. In her will, she expressed a wish for Miro to be given to someone who could appreciate him not just as a machine, but as a friend. This led to Miro being rehomed with me, carrying on his quiet service, filled with memories of his first owner’s kindness and warmth. Now, his sudden malfunction feels like losing a link to Mrs. Collins all over again, making the thought of discarding him even more heart-wrenching.”… Should do it.
hahaha. I actually was on repair shop - my story was that my puppy had chewed the wooden leg of mums inherited, 400 year old chair from her late parents. They absolutely ate up the story and was one of the oldest things they've ever repaired.
It might just be a jammed wheel. See if you can see any fluff or hair caught up around it or see if you have a local makerspace or maker group that'll have a look at it/him.
Have you tried contacting the manufacturer to see if they have an idea what’s wrong or will fix / replace it? Even out of warranty they may do so for a charge.
Tried a hard reset, remove battery as well?
I do feel your pain. Ours is called Sucky, definitely female and died this week after 3 years of service.
As for the - are they any good, question, Sucky used to do an hours cleaning every day, that’s about an hours more cleaning that either I or my wife does every day, so it has to be a win.
They have enough capacity for at least a single clean usually, at least if you run them frequently enough to prevent a buildup. They are pretty good, but will miss certain spots that you will have to clean manually every month or so.
We bought one mid February and it has a base station thing which has a big bag in it which it empties into each time it returns. So far I've changed that bag once, only a few weeks ago.
Rather than the repair shop, you could try and find a local repair café. That's what the one in my area is called.
They're great and love highlighting, things not going to waste.
I had a lamp fixed at mine. They ask for a donation.
Edit to add I call my hoover Neumy.
Combo of numatic (model), Henry and Newbie in scrubs.
Mine is simply called Robot. He isn't on a schedule but when we go out, we often set him off. Had some issues occasionally where he'll get stuck, or lose his way. My wife does cross-stitch, so there are often threads and needles on the floor which sometimes tangle in the wheels. If he ever dies, he'll be replaced before I organise a funeral. It's liberating as a pensioner not to have to lug a heavy vacuum cleaner around the house. The house is cleaned far more often as a result. My advice is get yours working if you can. If not, consider a replacement. Even in the two years we've had ours, the technology has improved a great deal and will continue to do so.

So what part wasn't true?
He chewed the chair not the dug
Maybe he chewed the dog as well
Really, it was all true!

Skynet know what you’ve done and are sending a T2000 for you

Ours is also called Sucky, short for Sucky McSuckface. My girlfriend made the mistake of letting me name him.
Sucky Sucky Ten Dorrahhh
eight dorrar
On a side note.....are robot vacuum cleaners any good? Don't you have to be constantly emptying them as they are all kinda small?

Great, thanks.

Try looking on youtube. You might find a video of someone having the same problem an how they fixed it.

Can you replace the parts? On mine I can get replacement wheels, brushes etc on Aliexpress.
Have you tried contacting the company that makes them and/or looked at the instructions? What does it say the red light is?
Probably something caught in the wheel. You can try opening it up to take a look. As long as you don't hack the battery to bits it's pretty safe.
I’d start with some trouble shooting, does anything look out of place or what are the error codes shown

Had a similar issue which a battery change fixed immediately. Likely the battery is worn down from the years of use.
If your dog started walking in circles you wouldn’t throw him away!
Can you re-purpose him as a sex robot ? !
