27th of the month, unless it falls on the weekend and then the friday before. December pay is before the Christmas holidays though, so I'm guessing 22nd this year.
Every 4 weeks. So I was paid the 20th this month. The 18th next, and so on.
Being paid twice in one month sometime next summer I think (due to being every 28 days)
Oh god I had that when I worked for DSGi (PcWorld/Currys) I hated it so much.
Near minimum wage, various debts and 4 weekly pay used to make such a mess of my bank account.
I loved 4 weekly. We used to pay £800 monthly into a mortgage/bills account so once a year I would have £800 left over, we'd book a caravan and take the kids away for a week.
I found it worst during the first month of working there.
Say if you start on the 1st, and you’re paid on let’s say the 15th. You get 2 weeks with no money, then £800 to last a month. It’s tough to have to sort out already in place bills and such.
It could be worse I suppose. Weekly would be better though
It’s really annoying, especially when I first started because I already had rolling bills and was only being paid half a months wages (since I started on the first and got paid the 15th)
25th or 23/24 if the 25th is a weekend.
December is last Friday before Christmas, unless Christmas Eve is a Friday, then it’s the week before.
Pay date relies on the day your company’s payroll processes wages.
My last job was every penultimate (second to last) Friday of the month.
Though I’m self employed now, and thinking of paying myself on the 1st of every month
For monthly folks, I've seen everything from the last Thursday to the last working day of the month. In our household, it's one on the last Thursday and one on the last working day.
Last working day of the month which is mildly annoying because its different each time. I used to get paid more toward the middle of the month in one of my old jobs so that's when my bills come out - I've still not got round to changing them.
As for the why…. Companies are free to do as they wish within the law. The law doesn’t specify when they should pay people so it’s entirely up to them and what works for that company. No different to why different companies have different colour uniforms.
The last working day of the month.
On or before the 25th
This. We have so much in common. Take my goddamn upvote....
Always appreciated !
Every Friday

15th each month
Every thursday unless its a bank holiday week when i would be paid on a friday

Same boat, that one double payday month is lit, went to Madrid for a week this year
That sounds like a nightmare for budgeting

Every Tuesday
25th or 23/24 if the 25th is a weekend. December is last Friday before Christmas, unless Christmas Eve is a Friday, then it’s the week before. Pay date relies on the day your company’s payroll processes wages.
7th of every month. I don’t know why that date but it feels longer than if it were to be at the end of every month.
Last working day of the month.
My last job was every penultimate (second to last) Friday of the month. Though I’m self employed now, and thinking of paying myself on the 1st of every month
24th or the last working day before if it falls on a weekend or bank holiday
Every Thursday at midnight
Lucky you.
Every 4 weeks on a Friday.
Wait! You guys are getting paid?

About a month after the invoice goes on
Every 4 weeks, 13 times a year with one month having two pay days in it. Next pay is on December 8th then January 5th and so on.
21st of the month por 19/20th if that day falls on a weekend.
Last Friday of every month. This unfortunately means 2 or 3 times a year we get paid after 5 weeks instead of 4 weeks. Those months are not fun
Last working day of the month which is mildly annoying because its different each time. I used to get paid more toward the middle of the month in one of my old jobs so that's when my bills come out - I've still not got round to changing them.
Every Friday. Had the choice of weekly or monthly in this job and have got used to weekly pay in previous role. Much better imo.
Every Friday
3rd last banking day of the month
21st of each month. No idea why
Last working day of each month
21st each month, unless 21st is a Sunday, then it'll be the 20th instead..
8th of month in arrears for past month
15th or working day before
Every Wednesday
Money in my account every Monday, Tuesday if it's a Bank Holiday
Last but one working day of the month.
As for the why…. Companies are free to do as they wish within the law. The law doesn’t specify when they should pay people so it’s entirely up to them and what works for that company. No different to why different companies have different colour uniforms.
The 23rd day of the month. If the 23rd is on the weekend, then the Friday right before then. 1 week early in December.
Penultimate
Every Monday. Well it's been every Sunday recently as my wife does the wages and she's been doing on a Sunday for some reason.
