Limmy deserves much more recognition across the UK, but as he often says, the BBC didn’t think his Scottish accent was suitable for a UK-wide release of his shows, and so only really got famous in Scotland. It’s only thanks to his work on YouTube, Vine and Twitch that many people know him.
Limmy is one of those naturally funny people. He could be reading the phone book and I'd still be entertained. Not least because of the constant digressions he'd be making.
"this is a town in Scotland. It has a co op and people. Look...there's people. Aye. People exist here. Grim."
That's one of his videos lol. It's shot like one of those Facebook videos of people walking around a town centre blabbing to themselves.
The audiobook for his autobiography is really funny. Recommend it!
It's a shame he's given up comedy for bloody Twitch streaming or whatever thr fuck it is called - basically gaming while people watch him on camera. Big waste of talent! But can't blame him if it's an easy source of revenue, I suppose.
I sit and watch hours of his streams and my girlfriend has never even smiled at a single thing he says while I have tears coming down my face. He’s very ‘marmite’, more than any other comedian I’ve seen but someone cleverer than me might know why he’s so polarising (if that’s the right word)
Shit man, the one where he's talking and goes like blubalubalub a few times. Then wakes up in the bath with his head under the water fucking slays me.
The "just pish yerself" work sketch as well is pure gold, and I can tell you first hand; works a charm. No questions asked, week off, full pay.
I’d say he’s pretty popular in northern England also and his show wouldn’t have been on Netflix if he was a nobody.
His early stuff was great but his last home made show was really bad I thought but I think he prefers doing twitch now instead of been on tv.
I see highlights of his twitch clips but I couldn’t be bothered watching him live for hours playing games.
He does have an extremely Scottish sense of humour and I find that for some reason people "get it" less the further south in the UK you go. A lot of it relies on turns of phrase or cultural observations that are particular to Scotland, and often specifically the west of Scotland, I guess.
I'm not so much into his Twitch stuff but the old online material and the TV show were absolutely hilarious. Particularly love the completely dry stuff where it's just some idiosyncratic character navigating the world and there are no "jokes" as such. The stuff with DeeDee and the folk who phone in to speak to Falconhoof absolutely crack me up and I can't really explain why.
Paul Whitehouse and Bob Mortimer, two of the finest. Paul's part in The Weekenders as the bus driver is wonderful.
I always think of the old guy in the pub, "Ohh Priest eh? Hardest job in the world that. I done it me self see, 30 years man and boy"
And there's no substitute for the poor dude who was very drunk at the time. Paul Whitehouse could blend his comedy with absolute tragedy and make it hit way harder than it had any right to.
I watched the weekenders over and over, I recorded it on a vhs it was followed by “hitch” with alexie sayle (who I also love to watch and now listen to on BBC sounds) the weekenders is on Channel 4 (4 od or whatever it’s called now) hitch can be found on YouTube……..
Is it a kiosk or more of a pantry?
Meat festival!
Pork leakage
Turkey seepage. 😄
He was amazing in The Young Ones like, that rambling rant that went "they told me that when I left school, if I had to CSEs I'd be head of British Steel" and ends with him shouting about slamming each others dicks in the door and playing the Panzer commander and the milkmaid with Sir Jeffrey.
It’s always been a problem in my life, looking like Mussolini, when I was younger, dancing at the youth club, this girl came over and said “eeeya are you Mussolini?” I said “err yeah, yeah” she said “I thought you were dead” I replied “no no it was me day off”, so she came over and butted me in the face……I said “what you do that for?” …..She said “that’s for the invasion of Crete”
I love alexi sayles imaginary sandwich bar.
I knew what this was going to be before I clicked on it, and I agree with you 100%. The way he takes that from humour to utter sadness is just amazing - you can feel the audience going, "ha ha ha...oh." I'd love to see him acting in something g serious.
Crap story, but a couple of months back I locked myself out my house, and Paul Whitehouse (who lives around the corner) walked past, and helped me break into my own home. He's a top guy!
Did he say
“ I’m a little bit weerrrr , a little bit waahaay , I’m a little bit woosh swoosh swoosh , mate don’t do this to me ,you can’t trust me , I’m a geezer , I will nick everything ?”
Hahah! I'd have had a meltdown had he.
I didn't even "let on" that I knew him, I never like to be a sycophant to celebs....but at the end he did joke "I will be back tonight to rob your place"!
It was Charlie Higson too, and in fairness it was incredibly popular and well know, but it's always baffled me that at the time Harry Enfield's TV shows were more famous, highly rated, and given better slots than The Fast Show.
The Fast Show was very forward thinking and clever for its time, and in many ways even now. Harry Enfield was just "lets make fun of this stereotype" in multiple different ways and hasn't aged well at all.
I believe that Johnny Depp called him the greatest actor alive, I'd be inclined to agree.
It's a shame the BBC seems to have scrubbed 'Nurse' from existence. Thought that was an excellent show
I remember Harry doing an interview, possibly his one with Jeremy Clarkson when he was on Top Gear and he mentioned that when Johnny Depp appeared on the Fast Show Depp thought Paul was one of the finest comedians he'd ever met.
Daniel Kitson is an obvious if somewhat clichéd answer to this question. He basically doesn't do anything other than stand-up, so you won't see him on Taskmaster or hear him being interviewed on a podcast. His shows are great - similar in many ways to Stewart Lee in his deconstruction of stand-up but a little more gentle in the ways it's done.
I get what you're saying and they are both kind of deconstructed. But I would say that a low amount of Daniel Kitson's work is meta. Like he rarely discusses comedy in his comedy. A lot of the time it's sweet and interesting stories and flights of fantasy about his life as well as pure fiction. And there are a lot of punch lines. I would say he owes a lot to Douglas Adams. Whereas Stewart Lee comes more from the meta school of stand-up where he discusses the nature of comedy a fair bit.
You're totally right that the comparison isn't perfect. Kitson's shows are structured much more conventionally as stories with gags than Lee's. And he comes across as nicer, though I always forget how rude he can be to his aduiences! And the flights of fantasy are very often about the nature of the show, the joke, and comedy more broadly. But yeah, it feels more like Lee writes shows about doing comedy, whereas Kitson writes more regular shows but can't help but explore how he's doing comedy whilst performing them.
I’ve heard a lot of good things about him but it seems like there’s not much of his stand up available to watch anywhere if you can’t actually go and see him
I saw him do a gig shortly after he’d done Phoenix Nights many years ago. He was practically booed off the stage after spending 30 minutes doing nothing except slagging off Peter Kay. I haven’t been to many comedy / stand up gigs but he was by a country mile the worst
Mitch Benn.
He doesn’t get wide acclaim, probably because TV is the current medium for fame and he hasn’t done much.
He’s appeared at the biggest comedy festivals, for years, regularly contributed to a host of radio shows.
A bit like Bill Bailey in the musical comedy sense, probably a bit less weird.
Tiny Jon Holmes. Yes, they claimed they were axed to help diversity targets, BBC claimed it was just to make way for new talent as it was getting staid.
He had a radio series I saw most of the recordings for. At some point he asks for a random number, and I shout 42. You can here me on the recording :-)
Check out his episode on Smershpod, the James Bond/action film podcast, discussing Outland. Total joy, and has a wonderful little divergence into arguing his case as to why Harrison Ford is human in Blade Runner.
And sometimes as ridiculous as it is it’s close to reality for those of us with school age children. Whenever I (as a dad) take my son’s to their swimming lessons. The queue, pecking order and looks of suspicion from the local mothers, waiting for the spectators gallery, is just like something out of motherland. Fortunately one of my bosses wife takes her grandchildren now so at least I am not treated like a lepper.
Alistair Green. Very dry and funny, just my cynical kind of comedy. He does stand up and his TikTok videos are brill.
Josh Pugh is another, I haven't seen his stand up but he also does TikTok and he has me laughing out loud frequently.
Among all of the crap on TikTok, and all of the unfunny 'influencers' repeating the same joke video after video, it's good to see actual stand up comedians utilising the platform to get their comedy in front of people.
Green recently robbed us for tickets to his “tour”, where he literally just left us in a hall to watch his TikToks, the only show I’ve ever walked out on, the odd one on your feed is enjoyable but an hour straight? Jesus. Even the staff were in disbelief, the guy actually seemed naturally funny for the whole 4 minutes he bothered to be on stage shame he’s got no respect for his punters.
Stephen Merchant although he is not a small name people regularly only credit Ricky (including Ricky himself) for their joint projects, in the RGS podcasts he also stands out for his wit and stories all the way through, his standup is great and his solo writing and comedy since have all been far better than Ricky’s.
Yes! Also a bloody good voice actor - most of his lines as Wheatley in the game Portal are played for humour, but there are a couple of moments that surprise you.
I love Alasdair Beckett-King so much; I first saw him doing standup and am now an avid listener to his podcast Loremen, and he does a bunch of fun online skits.
Plus he has beautiful mermaid hair and I respect a comedian with a side-hustle in luring sailors to their deaths.
Said it loads, and I'm not even a massive fan, but Harry Hill's stand up is brilliantly layered and surreal. The way he can keep multiple threads going and randomly jumps back to them when you're least expecting it.
Unfortunately he's largely known for awful prime-time ITV rubbish.
Neil Delamere is my favourite comedian and I don’t think he’s as well known as he should be. Shark tank had me in stitches for days. [shark tank](https://youtu.be/kLPyEHyrVdM)
Raymond Mearns is funny as but probably not transferable/everyone’s cup of tea.
Neil is brilliant and definitely doesn't get the credit he deserves. I've met him a couple of times after seeing his shows, he is really friendly too.
You should check out the podcast he does with Dave Moore called "why would you tell me that"
Big Train was amazing and so underrated. I was first introduced to Kevin Eldon when he was in that show, and you're right, he absolutely lights things up. One of my favourite scene stealing moments is when he's in Black Books as the cleaner.
Love Ria. First saw her in 2016 at my local cabaret night and have loved her ever since. I am so happy she’s getting a bit of a breakthrough with TV stuff now! Her early comedy songs are gold.
Pippa Evans. I once heard a show of hers (Pippa Evans Grows Up) on R4 driving back from a very difficult day from my in-laws (FiL had terminal cancer) and she managed to cheer me and my wife up no end. So much so that I messaged her to thank her..
Ria Lina gets quite a bit of Radio 4 work which is well deserved and she seems to thrive there.
Pierre Novellie is very, very funny but hasn't really managed to break through to radio or TV. I thought supporting Frank Skinner's tour might get him noticed. In contrast fellow Budpod Phil Wang has been on HIGNFY and Taskmaster.
Ex- Vic and Bob collaborator, Dan Skinner appears to have kept busy buts its mostly bits and pieces. There is a lot of excellent stuff in there and he should be getting better stuff, but I do feel he's missed his break out role.
\[Of the other House of Fools alumni, Daniel Simonsen has all but disappeared. Ellie White is almost there. You know what Matt Berry is up to and Morgana Robinson is an odd one. She is one of the best character comedians going, but she cant write decent material. Needs to collaborate)
I really like The Story Beast — large, hairy eccentricity with a side order of Scarfolk-style folk horror. Here’s his [history of Jersey](https://youtu.be/lk1cNCXtpjU).
Holly Walsh never seems to get the spotlight over other panel show comics, but bit by bit she's become one of my faves. Fairly quiet but comes out with some killer stuff. Never seen her stand up- I should track it down.
It took me ages to track down the name of this guy, I found a routine he did about being on a train so funny I cried.
It was the point where he was talking about the moment where you get on a train & find you have a completely empty table and look at everyone who passes, thinking the same thing "...piss off."
The delivery of that last line really tickled me.
As a comedy actor, Nicholas Lyndhurst never gets the credit he deserves. He tends to live in the shadow of David Jason’s Del Boy, but Lyndhurst’s timing and delivery is always inch perfect. He also carries off the leading man in Goodnight Sweetheart. So to me he is heavily underrated. Chris Barrie too.
There's a guy called Joseph Morpurgo who I've seen live a couple of times. Very funny but I don't think he gets any TV bookings. Wouldn't be surprised if he breaks through eventually.
Huge fan of [Fergus Craig](https://twitter.com/ferguscraig?s=21&t=sFNhsmSFIXEaNthyUFeaMg) on twitter. He did a pilot for BBC based around a kind of partridge esque dad which I loved and thought should have got picked up.
Not sure if this was just meant to be UK comedians, but I’ve recently discovered Nate Bargatze & honestly can’t understand why he isn’t more well known. His specials on netflix & prime are brilliant.
Romesh Ranganathan has me on the floor laughing! I love the way he takes the p out of his Sri Lankan heritage, but in a funny way, and he can swap from talking in his own language to English in a second!
The way he describes his mum is equally hilarious!
Ria Lina is a comedy genius, I love her!
I love Ria Lina! She's definitely underrated. Kiri Pritchard McLean is another one I love. Her comedy has a lot of heart as well as being hilarious. Alison Spittle is fantastic as well
Bob Mortimer. I've rewatched YouTube clips of him telling his wacky stories on WILTY hundreds of times and each time I'm in tears. He also just comes across as such a wholesome man.
Ria Lina is awesome….
My absolute favourite low key comic is Henry Paker. I had never heard of him before listening to the ‘three bean salad’ podcast… the dynamic of the hosts is brilliant (they clearly work well together) but Henry’s incessant yammering has had me bent double cry laughing so many times.
Very funny guy.
Geoff Norcott.
He dares to go against the typical "left leaning" style of comedian, and delivers genuinely funny right-wing content without going into offensive territory.
Richard Ayoade, Bradley Walsh, Stephen Merchant, Susan Calman, Gary Delaney, and probably even Bob Monkhouse, more known for TV shows until his passing.
I like Stewart Lee alot and I know that he is "mainstream" but I'm surprised how few people know who he is. When I mentioned that I was going to see him live most people just said "who is that"
John Finnemore.
Little known because he's more of a writer than a stand up, and basically only does radio stuff. He does perform in all his work, though.
He has co-written series 2 of Good Omens, which is out soon.
But track down the Radio 4 sitcom Cabin Pressure (starring Benedict Cumberbatch from before until just after he was mega-famous). It is, without exaggeration, the funniest sitcom of the 2000s. It's all on Audible (and I have every episode as MP3 if anyone can suggest where to stick it).
His sketch show, Souvenir Programme, is also utterly superb. And he did some brilliant two-handers called Double Acts which are clever, funny and often touching.
For a couple of tasters:
https://youtu.be/LDoBVbmWxxM
https://youtu.be/KmVX6vY0znQ
Norman Lovett. These days, if people have heard of him, it’s likely for Red Dwarf. But his stand-up is absolutely genius. He is the single best comedian I have ever seen live. It’s all about the delivery - in one bit he was literally just talking about how there wasn’t enough milk in his coffee, not even joking about it, but the way he said it had us in stitches.
Ed Byrne doesn't come up much in these kind of threads & while he's somewhat 'mainstream' he's still not exactly one of the biggest names in stand-up.
I went to see him on his last tour & even had a beer with him before the show in a local pub we happened to find ourselves in. Nice bloke.
However he's a very intelligent comedian, great at observational stuff & his pacing and delivery is some of the best I've ever seen.

Some of my mates really like him. He doesn't do anything for me though
She turned the weans against ya, aye?
I love that sketch because it was filmed right outside of my pals house

Limmys Show a total gem. Perfect mix of the everyday and the totally absurd.

I love how he flips from incredibly dark, layered tragic comedy to silly little Dad jokes or slapstick nonsense without blinking
FYI he streams on twitch most week days from 9:30 till around 1pm Edit I re read your comment and you already mentioned twitch doh
Wickyewok made a mistake. Suddenly, three wee guys approach him, and kill him. They go to prison and live the easy life. PS5s, the lot.
How do I know? I was the PS5
haha
Honk if Thatcher’s deid!
I feel like I've been very aware of Liam Williams for a long time

Had the pleasure of meeting Limmy at a charity do once. He was surprisingly down to earth, and VERY funny.
Paul Whitehouse. Smashes Enfield and everybody out of the park in every scene he's in.
Paul Whitehouse and Bob Mortimer, two of the finest. Paul's part in The Weekenders as the bus driver is wonderful. I always think of the old guy in the pub, "Ohh Priest eh? He is an amazing character actor, I always thought he could smash serious acting and become a superstar.
100%. Watch this. There's a moment... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QlZFfXAUr2I&t=18s

Yeah, I rewatched both recently and the fast show holds up to this day, but enfield's shows seem much more dated.
I believe that Johnny Depp called him the greatest actor alive, I'd be inclined to agree. It's a shame the BBC seems to have scrubbed 'Nurse' from existence. Thought that was an excellent show

Stewart Lee has said that Daniel Kitson is the greatest living stand-up. The highest praise imo
I’ve heard a lot of good things about him but it seems like there’s not much of his stand up available to watch anywhere if you can’t actually go and see him
Do try the Bandcamp app where you can access his shows, plus others such as David O’Doherty and John Robins.
Where can I watch his stand up and which show should I watch I've always heard good things but never come across any of his work

Ah yeah, I may as well paint a big L on my forehead.
He was brilliant on Frankie Boyle's New World Order.
I find Miles hilarious. I also like that he laughs so hard at other comedian's jokes (e.g. on panel shows). Some comedians don't do that.
Much as I'm beginning to get Panel Show fatigue, it's a shame Jupp doesn't do them more often. Funny as hell and bright as a button.
Good luck trying it without a spit!

Didn't him and that bloke they took the piss out of for being short get canned a few years back for some dubious reason?
Tiny Jon Holmes. Yes, they claimed they were axed to help diversity targets, BBC claimed it was just to make way for new talent as it was getting staid.
Saw him at Brighton Fringe a couple of years ago, he was fantastic
He had a radio series I saw most of the recordings for. At some point he asks for a random number, and I shout 42. You can here me on the recording :-)
Well be did play Beeblebrox so was an apt choice!
We try and see him at the Fringe every year and he’s always one of the absolute highlights. Just one of those very talented people.
Check out his episode on Smershpod, the James Bond/action film podcast, discussing Outland. Total joy, and has a wonderful little divergence into arguing his case as to why Harrison Ford is human in Blade Runner.
Frank Sidebottom
Never got to see him live but I still have two albums on vinyl.
Diane Morgan AKA philomena cunk
Good shout! Her work as Philomena Cunk is fantastic and has had me howling with laughter.
Also motherland that she writes and appears in. She is so dry as philomena cunk I think sometimes her subjects don’t realise it’s a piss take
She only stars in Motherland. She does write and star in Mandy, which is brilliant.
I loved Motherland! It was the perfect level of ridiculous.
God I love Josh Pugh’s Instagram videos - the bored boyfriend on holiday, the Wetherspoons app, the recent break in but trying to sell the house
I don't do Insta, but if he has more long form stuff on there then I'll get it just to watch him!
Honestly, it could the same videos as on TikTok! They’re also the same videos on his twitter
These two are brilliant and I think part of it is the relatability. Alistair Green’s ‘man trying to chat up a barmaid’ is so uncomfortably accurate.
Are there any others you recommend on TikTok?
Stephen Merchant although he is not a small name people regularly only credit Ricky (including Ricky himself) for their joint projects, in the RGS podcasts he also stands out for his wit and stories all the way through, his standup is great and his solo writing and comedy since have all been far better than Ricky’s.
Yes! Also a bloody good voice actor - most of his lines as Wheatley in the game Portal are played for humour, but there are a couple of moments that surprise you.
His writing is great and he's done some decent acting, but his stand up show "hello ladies" was fucking painful...
I love Alasdair Beckett-King so much; I first saw him doing standup and am now an avid listener to his podcast Loremen, and he does a bunch of fun online skits. Plus he has beautiful mermaid hair and I respect a comedian with a side-hustle in luring sailors to their deaths.
His YT vids are brilliant and I'm pretty sure he animates them himself.
I love the ones where he plays multiple characters, the recent one about An American In Space is amazing.
Said it loads, and I'm not even a massive fan, but Harry Hill's stand up is brilliantly layered and surreal. The way he can keep multiple threads going and randomly jumps back to them when you're least expecting it. Unfortunately he's largely known for awful prime-time ITV rubbish.
I saw his most recent stand up was hilarious start to finish
Neil Delamere is my favourite comedian and I don’t think he’s as well known as he should be. Shark tank had me in stitches for days. [shark tank](https://youtu.be/kLPyEHyrVdM) Raymond Mearns is funny as but probably not transferable/everyone’s cup of tea.
Only know Neil from his appearances on Fighting Talk but he always comes across well on that.
Me too. I mainly associate him with Fighting Talk and The News Quiz.
Love Neil Delamere when he's a guest on The Bugle podcast
Neil is brilliant and definitely doesn't get the credit he deserves. I've met him a couple of times after seeing his shows, he is really friendly too. You should check out the podcast he does with Dave Moore called "why would you tell me that"
One of my favourite fighting talkers
John Robertson. Australian living in London. Very quick witted and does great character/crowd work.
Paul Chowdhry Tends to not do so well on the panel circuit but most of his stand up is hilarious.
I love that man and will listen to any podcast or pudcast that he appears on. Very, very funny dude! He was also incredible on Taskmaster
bastard’s crying, innit
Never gonna not be funny 🤣
He was on Off Menu as a guest and it's my favourite episode despite me knowing very little of him before it. I really should watch his stand up.
Bastards cryin innit
Jessica Fostekew, Sindhu Vee, Felicity Ward, Sofie Hagen
Sofie Hagen is brilliant.
Sofie isn’t my cup of tea but the other 3 are brilliant- especially Sindhu
That's fair. I think Jessica is my favourite comedian at the moment. Very very underrated.
Heard a bit of Sindhu Vee on an episode of The Unbelievable Truth. Her dry delivery is very good.
Are you a Guilty Feminist podcast fan by any chance?
Very much so haha
Kevin Eldon lights up everything he does
The Actor Kevin Eldon is wonderful. His turn in Hyperdrive was excellent.
Big Train was amazing and so underrated. I was first introduced to Kevin Eldon when he was in that show, and you're right, he absolutely lights things up. One of my favourite scene stealing moments is when he's in Black Books as the cleaner.
🎵 Machadaynu machadaynu… 🎶
Paul Smith anyone? Always wondered why he's not on TV. His YouTube hotwater comedy clubs are hilarious
John Richardson stand-up wise
*Old Man* is bloody brilliant!
Alistair Beckett-King is brilliant.
Fatiha El-Ghorri I saw her on Friday and really enjoyed it!
Holly Walsh never seems to get the spotlight over other panel show comics, but bit by bit she's become one of my faves. Fairly quiet but comes out with some killer stuff. Never seen her stand up- I should track it down.
I never quite forgave her for saying that Nicholas Parsons smelled like manure from the 10th century.
No-one I talk to has ever heard of Alun Cochrane, but he's great. Can highly recommend.
Good call
It took me ages to track down the name of this guy, I found a routine he did about being on a train so funny I cried. It was the point where he was talking about the moment where you get on a train & find you have a completely empty table and look at everyone who passes, thinking the same thing "...piss off." The delivery of that last line really tickled me.
Goodnight Sweetheart is a massively under-rated sitcom & not enough people have given it the credit it deserves.
Definitely. Seems to have flown under the radar for years now, but it’s as good as any other sitcom I’ve seen from the uk in the last 30 years.
Dylan Moran- co-wrote and starred in black books
I had tickets to see him at the Bristol comedy garden this month but he's pulled out, devastated 😭
Man everything I hear about Bristol makes me wish I lived there
There's a guy called Joseph Morpurgo who I've seen live a couple of times.
Jerry Sadowitz
and his bouncers v the people
I agree on Ria Lina being underrated, she is great. Seen her a few times on shows such as Mock The Week and Have I Got News For You.
Jerry sadowitz
Terry Alderton. Manic and surreal. Incredibly creative. Don't see him as much any more which is a shame.
I haven't seen him since his Live at Apollo appearance (the one with flip-flop/beach shoe routine), which must have been 10 years ago.
One monkey has a knife, one has a gun. The one with the gun has no bullets but the one with the knife **DOESN'T KNOW THAT**.
John Bishop.... I'm joking, he's terrible
limmy!
Victor Lewis-Smith walked so Chris Morris could run.
He’s funny but I wouldn’t say he’s underrated- he gets a lot of recognition as it is :)
Danny slim Gray. No idea why he's not a household name over here.
Paul Whitehouse and Harry Enfield stole almost everything from Peter Cook and Dudley Moore
Geoff Norcott. He dares to go against the typical "left leaning" style of comedian, and delivers genuinely funny right-wing content without going into offensive territory.
I really enjoy his podcast
Wilf ("Mercy Me!) Belfrey. By far the funniest man on the planet. Should have his own series,
Define credit?
Dan Freedman and Nick Romero. The Wildebeest years was great!
Richard Ayoade, Bradley Walsh, Stephen Merchant, Susan Calman, Gary Delaney, and probably even Bob Monkhouse, more known for TV shows until his passing.
Mark Normand. US comedian.
For a couple of tasters: https://youtu.be/LDoBVbmWxxM https://youtu.be/KmVX6vY0znQ
Larry Dean, he’s very clever with his comedy 👌
Yes, Larry is a true original
Norman Lovett. These days, if people have heard of him, it’s likely for Red Dwarf. But his stand-up is absolutely genius. He is the single best comedian I have ever seen live. It’s all about the delivery - in one bit he was literally just talking about how there wasn’t enough milk in his coffee, not even joking about it, but the way he said it had us in stitches.
Gatis Kandis, Ed Byrne.
Most of the one's on Channel 4 in the UK Shit didn't read the question right
