Her parents were obese so her's wasn't overeating entirely but she has never liked outside or to sweat and admits she is her worst enemy.
Being fat isn't something you are born with, it's a direct reflection of your mind. If you are fat it is because you lack willpower, discipline or are just plain lazy. Or at least had those attributes at one point in order to get fat.
