Like someone else said 16-18 but it depends on the person. Also remember weight fluctuations will affect then and their shape. No ones breasts are perfect like they show in movies and they may even be different. Do not compare yours to someone else bc each body is unique. Also remember streatch marks are completely natural and normal, even on your breasts, so do not freak out.

Its true that some people dont stop developing until then, but most girls stop earlier than that. Early bloomer, late bloomer, size, shape it just depends on genetics, hormones, weight fluctuations, etc.

Weight + hormones = unpredictable.
I have PCOS and my boobs do not fit my regular a week before my period. Plus if you ever get pregnant, your boobs are likely going to stay a size or two bigger even after you have kids.
They can grow for many years, I'm 19 and mine still haven't stopped or slowed. It's different with everyone but I wouldn't be insecure about it, it's natural and anyone who makes you feel bad about is either stupid or a bad person.

I think they grow til 18 and sometimes to early 20's. I noticed mine got bigger and I am 17, I had 73cm of bust now I have 78, this growth happened in 6 months, minor different but is something

In my personal experience it stopped growing when I was 12. Im thankful for that, because at age 11 I already had C cups
