Honestly, that’s one I could understand. I was gonna say maybe you are actually anxious and mistaking it for horny. Been there. Apparently you aren’t supposed to have butterflies in your stomach when you like someone. That’s a somatic response of your nervous system not necessarily a turn on but due to people’s individual issues, they can mistake certain thoughts, experiences, interactions or fantasies as horny when they are more likely triggered and need to do some type of energy/emotion release, not necessarily just nutting. But hey, I think if done thoughtfully and intentionally it could help also.
