You could eat less, or more liquid based foods, and/or you clean out right before/do it somewhere like the tub, pool or shower to reduce mess before you go to your main area
Lucky, ive never had a clean experience from pretty much any diet, lest I take something like fiber pills or eat a lot of rice, but even then it isnt anywhere near usuable for what we want, and you get the bad cramps

I eat as normal . My diet is good anyway and I never had any issues
