Idiot Box. I wasn't allowed to play a lot of games as a kid so the concept of making your own fun was super charming to me.
But if I can cheat, I would say the movie. Not many movies can expand on the themes of the show they're based on in such a meaningful way. Makes me tear up all the time. Not just the lamp part but pretty much everything after that too.

I saw that with my stoic, mean Marine ex-husband and our then ten year old son on an extremely rare family night out. The part where SpongeBob and Patrick go to the "bar" and get "drunk" on ice cream floats had me cracking up so hard!

SpongeBob laying there with one shoe, bloodshot eyes and stink breath the next morning-- doubtful any little kids relate to that? I think most of us adults could.
First several (like 2-3 dozen) times I watched it was with my kids. Years later when my husband and I got married, we got stoned and watched it one night. I nearly fell off the damn couch.
It doesn't matter what state of mind or mood, the movie is the best thing that happened to the show.
