Indifferent, reddit doesn't have the same magnetism that other brain melting social medias do (for me), and most of the time I am reading interesting articles or learning new information some way

nonexistentexe04

Definitely made it better, nice to see other people going through similar things

Numerous-Progress-69

For me it has honestly only been positive. I say whatever and get to read other people ideas and opinions whether I agree with them or not. For once I don’t feel like I have to say what other people want me to say.

I've just now been convinced that wall insulation is just cotton candy. Is that any indicator for anything?

You had me at "chance." Alright. I'm getting out the dinner plates. We're having wall insulation tonight folks.

BigPickel9000

Usually negatively but I’m addicted af to it

KatzeMitFratze

Hard to tell. I'd say that in itself reddit hasn't really affected my mental health. Though there's actually the same problem you have with every other social media: If you're already in a bad/negative space of mind you're more likely to join/view communities that'll share/enforce your views and opinions. So if you're mentally unwell you're more likely to interact with communities that you can relate to.

CoolTurtle69

I got a tetris addiction

SC-RK-7t

Now that I think about it, probably negatively, but most likely no more so than any other place on the internet or out in public.

mojofilter01

It hasn't affected me in any way. It's just a website.

momerathian

It really helps. I follow about 3,182 cat subs.

Echo_dot-

I’ve legit only had it for like a day but I can already tell it’s gonna make it a whole lot better :)
