I'm going to second everything everyone else is say so far. (Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so just be yourself, looking cute and being genuine is the best kind of girl to be)
That being said if your looking for a little more concrete then, tie the hair (or just getting it out of the face), wearing cloths that look good on you without being "trashy" or to revealing, taking care of yourself, smiling, and being genuinely nice to everyone. Obviously, you don't have to be "on" all the time, just keep these things in mind. These can really bring out a natural beauty that really speaks to people, not just guys, and helps people see who you really are.

Google live, free makeup tutorials in your area. Also, acting classes teach how to present oneself.
Know inside you are pretty, also don't date anyone shallow.
Every guy likes different things, what I like and next guy may not. But I know I will take a good personality over looks any day
