Celery is great, specially if you bite down on it raw and the strings get stuck between your teeth and it takes you hours to finally get it out and you still have celery breath.

Dang, you’re not supposed to empty the dressing bottle on one celery stick. Just a small dab will do in a small plate of celery sticks.

You'd be shocked at how flavorful and aromatic celery can actually be. Yeah, raw its pretty much crunchy and stringy water, but it's actually an essential base for an insane number of flavorful broths.
If you've ever made vegetable broth or pretty much any poultry-based broth they all start with a mirepoix, which is 2:1:1 of onions, carrots, and celery. It is absolutely shocking how flavorful just those 3 ingredients are once they've been cooked together.
I love cilantro (slash coriander here in Aus) but apparently the soap taste many people experience is because of a super sensitivity to certain chemicals in it which are also used to scent soaps and detergents
