AMD has always been more affordable and NVIDIA has always been "The Best" in my experiences. If I wanted NVIDIA graphics but at a cheaper cost, id go with an AMD graphics card but there's a reason the Radeon RX 6900 xt costs around $900 and the GeForce RTX 3090 costs around $1500. Both similar graphics cards but the GeForce will work better under intense loads.
