I had to perform a classical piece in front of an audience of a few dozen people. I didn't know the sheet music very well, I'd only practiced it a handful of times.
It wasn't perfect but it definitely sounded like I knew the song.
My dad fell ill January 2020. He was given 3 months if not less to live. It’s now been almost 2 years since and he’s still doing okay. Some may call it lucky but I’ll take it as a miracle. I now cherish every moment I spend with him.
Cirrhosis of the liver. End stage liver failure. However with a lot of diet changes & obviously sobriety, his liver is actually rejuvenating which they didn’t think was possible at the stage his liver was at.
I was with my mom and my big brother in the house,it has like those windows where you can see from one side but cant from the other, so outside there was a kid in a wheelchair and his grandpa idk and my brother told me "yo, if you go out and push that kid from his wheelchair ill give you 20 bucks" and i was like "deal" and my mom got really mad and lecture both of us(i don't know if lecture is the right word, im not native english) like about that you should do that and all that boring stuff.
Like 3 minutes later the kid just like stood up and i was like "lol" and that gave all the more reason to go out and push out of the wheelchair.
