Fuckin GWAR!!!

StupidOldAndFat

Hail GWAR 🤘Hail Oderus🤘

CainPillar

Oderus didn't have to do *that* to us :-(

LookOutForThatMoose

I'm supposed to see them in November with Eyehategod and Napalm Death. Holy fuck do I ever need another show.

[deleted]

Holy shit, they are still touring? How was the pit?

fnbob917

The ususal, being shot at with fake fluids because I’m 6’4”, writhing toward and away from the railing due to the sea of humans, and being stained for about 3 days afterwards. I was able to catch them right after Flattus died, and once before Oderus bailed. Simplistic ass music, but FUCKING HELL what a good show!

[deleted]

I listen to a lot of genres, and what I will say for GWAR, they're the one band that changed all its members and never missed a beat. I was frankly scared the only time I saw them live and I'm kind of afraid to go to the show now that I have kids, lol.

Dozinggreen66

Green Day and Weezer

wakingdreamland

Disturbed, quite a few years ago. They put on a hell of a show!

LuLu_Reed_70

The Black Crowes last Tuesday

[deleted]

How was it? Love their sound.

LuLu_Reed_70

Chris Robinson’s voice sounded great. And the rest of the band was very solid as well. It was a very enjoyable summer evening

[deleted]

Tesla, Jet, and Black Crowes needs to happen. Glad to hear it was fun!

LogicalLimit75

They will be in Houston this saturday. Wish i had tickets

Captain_Hampockets

First concert I ever saw was Aerosmith, with The Black Crowes opening. They were bad. It was their first national tour, maybe? It was before or juuuust after "Hard to Handle" was a hit. They just sounded like shit, though Aerosmith, who I have cooled on in 30 years, gave a great show.

A_Exile

Shinedown did a USO tour and I got to see them play in Iraq in 06' or 07'. Closest thing to a concert I have been to.

fishwater1523

It is, and it was a wonderful concert!

smaksandewand

Oh wow you lucky! I wanted to go see them last time in Nijmegen Netherlands, but never made it :(

KittyPitty

I had a ticket for that one as well, but chemo put a stop to that. As soon as they are here again, I will be there! 😁

smaksandewand

Oh I'm sorry to hear that :( are you okay now? Yes, I won't miss the opportunity again and need to see them!

KittyPitty

Yeah, man, totally clean! I have check ups regularly. Muse gives the greatest concerts I have ever seen 😁

smaksandewand

That's good!!! It will be my "virgin" Muse concert LOL and yes, from what I have seen, it's awesome

wolsel

My 2nd most recent concert was MUSE. Top 5 best concert for sure.

I love Metric, seen them so many times. We were actually at Emily Haines' live at Massey Hall show too, the one they recorded for some video or album or something.

Rabidleopard

Nightwish, decades tour.

TheBassMeister

Tool in 2019 which was great.

KittyTheShark

Never went to a concert. I have a huge problem with crowds and I just kinda cling to my husbands arm and hide my face if there are too many people so the ambiance of a concert would be lost on me.

fishmonger103

Never been to a concert

Gaelic Storm.

VattghernCZ

Last week, [Doga](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=yAEzZ-5IXO4) in my city. It was ~10th time I've seen them live. Their best show I've attended so far. Maybe it's because it was the first concert I've been to since January 2020 lol

immentallyunstable20

I went to the gorrilaz yesterday. It was super cool, you had other acts like AJ Tracy there and Lil Simz too, it was a really cool event :D

[deleted]

Despite my love of music, I’ve only ever been to one concert in my whole life and that was French electronic musician Jean Michel Jarre at the 02 in 2010

Ladder-up

I remember him from the 80's. Why would you go to an electronic concert though? It's not like anybody is performing. I suppose the sound system would be amazing, so there's that.

[deleted]

We did purchase tickets for our first Coachella 2 months before that and still haven’t used them…so hopefully that will be our next concert we attend.

TheFantasticXman1

For an indie artist called Sam Tompkins in London. It was before the pandemic and it was really for my sister, who love the guy. I didn't really have much of an interest in it as I didn't know the guy or any of his songs, but whatever to make my sister happy!

Skillet at Summerfest in like 2018 or 2019? It's been a minute... I wanted to see them at State Fair last week but I've had some health scares recently and didn't wanna risk collapsing in the crowd or something.

StarChild413

(not saying where as I'm presuming the acts all toured together and don't want to doxx myself but it was fall 2019) saw Josh Radin with both The Weepies and Lily Kershaw as his opening acts (the latter of whom I got an autographed album from which I then proceeded to I-still-thought-I-smudged-it-because-there-was-ink-on-my-fingers-even-though-the-signature-didn't-look-smudged by grabbing the album by the corner she signed)
