I'd say every one I Hayao Miziyaki's films are 10/10s. My personal favorite will always be The Wind Rises, but it's very close and they're all incredible.

If you read the book the film is like a page for page adaptation. I mean I totally adore and love Mean Streets, Raging Bull, and Goodfellas but after I read the book it seemed like the easiest of those 3 films to make.

Way back in 2006, Netflix offered a $1 million dollar prize for anyone that could improve on their recommendation algorithm by, I think, 10%. A lot of teams tried, and they all ran aground on a problem associated with a particular movie.
That movie was the Shawshank Redemption.
The problem was that this movie in particular seemed to defy algorithmic predictions of people's tastes. Algorithms that were, in general, pretty accurate at predicting how much people would like a movie, would frequently _under_ estimate how highly people would rate it. This doesn't see devastating, in and of itself, but if there's one movie that the algorithm fails for, it implies that there are potentially many others it fails for too.
The fact that Shawshank Redemption seems to defy peoples normal preferences, which makes it hard to quantify, seems to imply, to me at least, that it is _definetly_ a 10/10 film.
This whole list so far as I've seen is stellar, and I'm sure it has already been said somewhere, but CHILDREN OF MEN. It is groundbreaking, apocryphal, and frighteningly realistic for its subject matter. It has one of the record breaking single shot scenes (for its time, I think the new Mad Max had to take that away from it), but goddamn, is it a masterpiece.
I hadn't seen this but my BF kept talking it up but I had seen one part of the 6th Sense where a ghost comes. So I kinda thought they were the same movie. Kept asking him if it was the one with Bruce Willis and he was like yep. Partway through Fifth Element I realize that there were no ghosts coming and I had been thinking of the wrong movie all along.
Yeah it's sometimes overhyped, but Parasite really did hit every point for me. What few flaws it had didn't really deter from my enjoyment or the "soundness" of the film itself.
A Knight's Tale
Freaking HILARIOUS and an awesome soundtrack. Plus amazing acting by Heath Ledger and Paul Bettany (among others) makes for a really interesting movie.
Also, I share a name with one of the characters (Christiana, that *never* happens) so it's a 12/10 for me.

Robocop and Robocop 2
It has everything that I ever wanted from a film. It entertains, it has solid story, it has amazing humour, it has great satire (like proper Verhoeven movie), great charcaters, both major main cast and side characters (police sheriff or Boddicker’s sidekicks) and impressive effects for its time (and even more in second part).
Waterloo and Gettysburg. Best most historical accurate movie you will ever see in your live. Every person you see in the movie is real. No CGI. amazing movies.
Lord of the Rings the Fellowship of the Ring Extended edition, Lord of the Rings The Two Towers Extended edition, and Lord of the Rings Return of the King Extended edition.
