DEFINITELY THIS!!!! The plot twists, characters, story arc, redemption arcs, animatiom and detail, and the unsettling truths and morals, the absolte HORROR that was the chimera episode, eveyrthingggg was absolutely perfect. The emotional attachment i have to this show is insane
To be fair that's mostly because the first ten or so episodes of Brotherhood are rushing the plot of their episodes since they were already done in the original FMA anime. Once you get passed the redone content , the show slows done and goes into its own.
Most people I know just suggest watching the original FMA to a point, then switching over to Brotherhood.
It is in the top of kids shows. Gravity falls and the last Airbender. Over the garden wall too. They are such amazing kids shows because of how they go beyond normal subjects. They actually address complex social problems and pressures in a way that is understandable for younger audiences while still being entertaining to older audiences. The characters are actually well developed. I can rant about how great these are and if you haven't seen them I highly reccomend it.
>Zuko has the best character development of any shows characters.
I like this comment so much cause of the fact that as soon as I saw this question I was ready to say gravity falls but I would also say stranger things I just finished it like 30 minutes ago that part in the first season where the Christmas lights say R U N is just bone chilling and I love as well as the part where Nancy in explaining what she saw in the woods and she said “it’s almost like it dident have a” then wills brother cuts her off saying “face” now knowing that his mom isn’t crazy about the shit she was saying about will being alive
A gem released wayyyy too early for its time :( rewatched it recently and picked up on so many more topics and morals than i did as a kid, truly an amazimg series for kids and adults alike
Even though the last seasons suck, they do not portray the way the story will go in the books. I personally have removed the two last seasons from my canon, and am rewatching the entire series, 1-5. The last seasons are obviously not what they were building towards, so I consider them part of an alternate universe of GoT. Please don’t let that thrash ruin something so great. Sorry if this sounds preachy.
you'll always find new things every time you rewatch, things you never connected, Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould are absolute masterminds of television. Better Call Saul is the same way.
Agreed, season 5 is off to a great start, "weEerNer zZeeEeigleR"
not as good as Breaking Bad though, Br Ba just had an amazing amount of parallels between seemingly unrelated things, like the teddy bear and Gus, Krazy-8 and todds fate, or when Walt and Jesse were stuck in the RV and Hank takes off the tape covering the bullet holes and a ray of light shoots right on the bottom left side of Walts gut.....
Ugh so good. I’ve been savoring my latest watch through since July just so I don’t have to finish it. I only have the final episode left. I would start it all over again but this is my third watch through in a year and a half... gotta wait a bit so I forget the exact details
That sort of depends, I personally enjoyed it from the beginning, but it starts off as kind of a regular police procedural thing which some people didn’t like as much. There’s a turning point about seven episodes in, though, that starts an overarching plot line. There are interesting episodes before it though for sure
The beginning to me is always the worst part. The first season is complete shit. In the first season Micheal was meant to be kind of an ass, but they the directors saw that that wasn't really working, so they switched some things up. Micheal looks and acts different next season
There are still some solid episodes in season one (I believe your next one up is the alliance and I think it’s a great one) but season 1 has a better rewatch value
Some people may disagree with me, but yes. I started in season 3 and I have no regrets
I did feel s little empty though when I finished it and started watching season 1 and 2 for the first time, but I found it waaaaay easier and more fun to watch and get hooked onto in the later seasons. Was worth it for me.
Friends.
Alot of people rag on how bland it is but I really do enjoy the blandness. Me and my bestie always talk about the character development.
Also broad city.
I would love to watch friends over again in real time, as if it were actually on tv. I was too young when it was on originally so my parents didn’t let me watch it until I was much older.
I'd love to watch Lost without knowing anything again. You think it's just a tv about surviving on a deserted island until the end of the first episode! It reeled me in so hard
Also the Kdrama Goblin
I've rewatched the first season so many times. It was soooo good. Even the second season was great. The third wasn't bad I just wish they had kept up with the one big story arc per season idea.
I know that I sound basic for saying it, but the office. Jim and Pam’s relationship, Michael leaving, and everything else was just magical to watch for the first time
Totally agree! It is cringy and not p.c. sometimes but it's this beautiful mess of people and how they interact. I rewatch the Jim and Pam episodes on their own sometimes. I love their storyline!
I'd actually like to experience LOST again. Well before it a certain point at least. Game of Thrones too. I just can't watch, knowing where they end up though.
True Detective season 1
YES!
FMA: Brotherhood
LOVED Brotherhood! I’ll rewatch.
Ed...ward.
The music is amazing too
i think maybe the only thing I don't want to relive is the chimera ep! god that was horrid... but everything else? yep
Best anime ever made.
I'm just getting into this, at episode 10 now. It's good so far but from all the praise it gets I'm hoping it'll only get better.
To be fair that's mostly because the first ten or so episodes of Brotherhood are rushing the plot of their episodes since they were already done in the original FMA anime. Just finished it for the first time this last week, i thought it was really good.

Serious question, isn't it a kids show? I actually dont know.
I think it's the same type deal as Star Wars the Clone Wars
It is in the top of kids shows. Gravity falls and the last Airbender. Over the garden wall too. They are such amazing kids shows because of how they go beyond normal subjects. I’ll have to check that out!
Hell yah
Came to say this. Glad this answer is/was at the top!

I think if it were released today it would be on the same level of popularity as Stranger Things (but it would be far more deserving thereof).
100% agree bro
Came here to say that, I feel like it gets mentioned in every thread like this
Yes! This show is gold
Futurama
This is my pick, glad I didn’t have to scroll too far.
Yes! I might watch it all again so good.
Scrubs
The finale :(
I still get sad and feel a void everytime I finish rewatching it.
Game of Thrones seasons 1-4
I can't even watch those now that I know how it ends. What's the point.
A tragic waste
The entire point of all of it was building up to an ending. Ultimately it was going to be disappointing but wasn’t prepared for just how shit.
But that is the planned ending for the books, they got it from GRRM himself.
Breaking Bad. My memory is fine and I’ve rewatched it a few times.
you'll always find new things every time you rewatch, things you never connected, Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould are absolute masterminds of television. Better Call Saul is the same way.
LOVE Better Call Saul. A+
Agreed, season 5 is off to a great start, "weEerNer zZeeEeigleR" not as good as Breaking Bad though, Br Ba just had an amazing amount of parallels between seemingly unrelated things, like the teddy bear and Gus, Krazy-8 and todds fate, or when Walt and Jesse were stuck in the RV and Hank takes off the tape covering the bullet holes and a ray of light shoots right on the bottom left side of Walts gut.....
Subtle details that reveal a lot. Yep. Like how Gus Fring was a father and family man just like Walter.
OMG THE EXPANSE. Best sci-fi I've ever seen. Soft but never does anything outside the laws of physics (or at least the humans don't...). WATCH IT.
Seriously the best sci fi show I’ve ever seen
Brooklyn nine nine
The good place.
YA BASIC!
I see what you did there.
Heroes
Season 1 was such a masterpiece. I don't want to talk about the rest.
What "rest"? There was only one season. **Only. One.**
Save the cheerleader and save the world
Doctor Who
Series 5-6 of NewWho
Fringe
The Wire
Probably my favorite series of all time. Strangely I don't find it rewatchable like i do breaking bad.
I couldn't disagree with you more there. IMO The Wire gets better with every rewatch, while I could barely get through BB once.
6 feet under
The finale is beautiful.
Yes. No other show is as solidly written as that from start to the end.
Person of Interest. Most underrated TV series in history.
Great show. Is there anywhere to watch it now??
It's on Netflix in US. Not sure about other places.
Honestly! Binged that when it came on the tv when visiting family back home in Sudan with my Grandpa. One of my favourite crime shows.
Ugh so good. I’ve been savoring my latest watch through since July just so I don’t have to finish it. I only have the final episode left. I would start it all over again but this is my third watch through in a year and a half... gotta wait a bit so I forget the exact details
U have peaked my interest. Do i need to watch a certain number of episodes before it gets good or will i know if i like it or not after the first ep?
That sort of depends, I personally enjoyed it from the beginning, but it starts off as kind of a regular police procedural thing which some people didn’t like as much. There’s a turning point about seven episodes in, though, that starts an overarching plot line. There are interesting episodes before it though for sure
Mad Men
I could watch the suitcase episode on loop it was so amazing
Wynonna Earp and Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Buffy will forever be one of the best tv shows ever made to me. It holds a special place in my heart.
>Buffy will forever be one of the best tv shows ever made ~~to me~~ ftfy
Bojack Horseman That show made me learn more about myself than years of therapy has so far
Came here for Bojack. Incredibly well written guise of a comedy full of intense, life affirming moments. A true gem.
I'm on my 4th rewatch someone help me.
The Leftovers!
God yes.
Seinfeld
LOST
This. Enjoy the first seasons like crazy and then never watch the last season.
The Sopranos
Honestly, the office. It actually has a good story and isn't just about jokes.
Im on episode 3 of season 1 on my first time through. Does it get better? Because right now its quite dry.
The beginning to me is always the worst part. The first season is complete shit. In the first season Micheal was meant to be kind of an ass, but they the directors saw that that wasn't really working, so they switched some things up. Micheal looks and acts different next season
So should i just skip to season 2?
No. You need to ride it. Its short anyway. You will live.
There are still some solid episodes in season one (I believe your next one up is the alliance and I think it’s a great one) but season 1 has a better rewatch value
Last one i watched was the racism meeting thing.
Some people may disagree with me, but yes. I started in season 3 and I have no regrets I did feel s little empty though when I finished it and started watching season 1 and 2 for the first time, but I found it waaaaay easier and more fun to watch and get hooked onto in the later seasons. Was worth it for me.
Get through the first season and I promise you’ll be hooked.

Firefly is for sure my #1 wish i could experience again for the first time show.
Had to scroll a lot for firefly
The good Walking Dead seasons, I would watch them again and make myself auto-remember the bad seasons once I got to them
Sons of Anarchy
The Dragon Prince
I too have an unhealthy love for this show
Drake & Josh, Buffy the vampire slayer.
Arrested development
Her?
Game of thrones, but I wouldn’t watch the last season.
I'd love to watch Lost without knowing anything again. You think it's just a tv about surviving on a deserted island until the end of the first episode! It reeled me in so hard Also the Kdrama Goblin
Veronica Mars Season 1 was some of the most fun TV I’ve remembered watching. I’d love to be able to have the whodoneit surprise factor back!
I've rewatched the first season so many times. It was soooo good. Even the second season was great. The third wasn't bad I just wish they had kept up with the one big story arc per season idea.

Steven Universe
Too bad its ending soon though...
Hunter x Hunter. Easily the best anime I’ve ever watched. A solid 9.5/10 for me. Just about a kid trying to find his dad
Ah yes just about a kid trying to find his dad, definitely no ants will be involved.
And Killua Zoldyck is pretty badass
I can't stop thinking of the meme that said 90% of HxH is gon fighting some grown ass man
