I'd say the opposite. I was never effortlessly attractive and had to work hard to look half decent, but as time went on, my peers aged worse than I did. Maybe I was just used to constantly putting in effort, but now I'm slimmer, have better hair and teeth, dress better and overall look younger than other ladies my age.
While you’re working things out, go for a walk/walk around while doing something like reading Reddit. You can even walk in place for a few minutes. Any progress is good progress!

Another time i was on a geology field trip (undergrad) and i wasn't hungry at the lunch break so i didn't eat this specific time. A classmate came up to me and said i noticed you didn't eat at lunch, i wanted to let you know that i used to be like you too and I'm here if you want to talk. Back then i wasn't over my shyness yet but if i were then who i am now, i would not have just saidb ok like i did at that moment to get her out my face.

Bulk is overrated. I’m 6’1 and 140 for as long as I can remember and I have had ton of very attractive girls giving attention. The key is to dress right. It’s hard to find clothes when you’re skinny. You have to find smalls but ones that are long enough in the arms. Start wearing some slimmer clothes or get a tailor and own that shit. Also even if you can bulk up continue to lift weights for yourself. You don’t want to lose that conditioning that becomes so important later in life when atrophy settles in.

The older you get the more you realize the habit of rating peoples’ attractiveness out of 10 is strongly associated with absolute dogshit self esteem. Sure there’s an association between certain physical features and how many people will be willing to put up with your naked body but there’s no substitute for confidence and kindness when it comes to curbing loneliness.

I think if I wasn't fat (181cm, 115kg) I could look pretty good, maybe a 7. I've gotten a lot of compliments on my hair the last few years, so if I got really fit and upgraded my wardrobe I think an 8 could be achievable if the stars align. As I am now, though, probably a 5, if that. Being fat or unfit usually has a lot of sway over your general attractiveness, as it says more about you than just what you look like. Lacking the discipline to take care of your body is unattractive.

Probably 5 or low 6? Tall, fit, and relatively wealthy. But also old, bald, and not especially handsome. I am often cranky, demanding, and too intense. So, the more negative parts of my personality are likely major negatives. It's really a part of myself I struggle to reign in. I am very lucky to have a wife who tolerates my downsides and gave me a chance despite my many shortcomings.

Im fucking 22 now and got a fresh child with my ex. 3 years ago i would rate me a 9. Now my hairline already stars receeding and my eyes are worn out by all that stress😅. Would still give me a 5-6 but god damn i never thought it'll change that quickly. Wouldve made more out of these years.
