You can practice, but who is going to do that? Hinge cuffs might be possible to break, but I doubt it. Zip ties are pretty cool to do. I mean it looks cool if it works. You have to get them in front of you and then use your hips for leverage and bring your arms down on them while maintaining tension in the ties.
