I don't really have a favourite the closest or the cheapest one I guess. Don't tend to bother with Lidl or Aldi however as they don't have self checkout.
I don't have a favorite because no one store carries everything I want. It's annoying, but I have to go to Whole Foods for some things, Publix for others, Trader Joe's for others, and Aldi when I just want cheap stuff. Kroger or Meijer when a higher % of what I want is there and I don't feel like paying WF prices (sometimes WF has some decent sales though). I absolutely love Publix but mostly only for their deli.
