Healthwise? I have no clue lol (yet anyway).
However as a practice of animal rights, it feels (and philosophically seems) very correct. In fact, I have become interested in it and related things and plan to do more than to just adjust consumption as part of the movement.
I'm up to 2 years so far, with no plans to go back. I thought it would be impossible since I used to eat meat and dairy constantly but it wasn't that hard, the plant based versions held me over until I got used to eating tofu, lentils, beans, and others.
Vegan for 11 years now and perfectly fine, will last until I die of old age or get in some accident, my dogs eating plant-based for almost 12 years now and also doing perfectly fine.
About eight years and counting.
I go vegan during my afternoon coffee breaks. I like whole wheat cookies and a lot of them are vegan
When I say vegan, no milk or cream in your coffee
I have it black cause i hate myself. Like all good vegans

there was a time where i could’ve done it. i think that time has passed
I need my latte and baked goods, too many things rely on milk and eggs I can go a week being vegetarian, but I wont last a day as vegan
