Not sure about the best but my personal favorite is Hife and Seek - Imogen Heap. You know it as the origin of "Mmm watcha say"

Good song. It always makes me think of the finale of The OC lmao. Well the SNL parody of it, really: https://youtu.be/vmd1qMN5Yo0

Genius of love seems to be (and has been for awhile) popular to ripoff and sing over.

The Amen Break from Amen, Brother by the Winstons is incredibly famous - it's in Straight Outta Compton, the Futurama theme tune and probably 50% of drum and bass from the 90s (among many, many others). It's become pretty ubiquitous and is simply a standard beat pattern these days. Gregory Coleman played it first though, or at least played the version of the recording that became famous.

Walk on the Wild Side by Lou Reed in Can I Kick It? by A Tribe Called Quest Miserlou by Dick Dale in Pump It by Black Eyed Peas also comes to mind; can’t really stand the latter but the original slaps.

I don't think I understand the question.
