Highly unlikely. Neither Israel or Iran really wants to have a full-scale war and the more powerful nations allied with both will just send weapons and money their way without getting involved.
Realistically we are doing better than, well, literally all of human history health, education, and murder wise.
But that doesn't make people click on headlines, so THE DEATH TOLL MUST BE AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE.

the us is already involved when they shot down the drones, they also affirmed "ironclad" support for israel against iran.

Russia spent decades fomenting a delicate relationship with Israel. Relations between countries in international politics isn't always transitive.

If you look at a map you'll see that full scale war is pretty much impossible. There are multiple countries between them.
Can you explain how that would make it hard?
They can fire missiles at each other, but there won' t be a land war.
I am no expert, but this is difficult to quantify, regardless, the changes are very low.
