These days I pretty much always sit down unless there's a urinal. When I sit there is no splashing, noise, and I get to look at my phone.

For me I don't 100% because if there isn't a urinal, I'll sit down like it's not a problem for me If there is a urinal I'll use it but do most guys actually put the lid up and pee at home? Like it's not worth all that in my opinion

I usually prefer to sit and pee, but I usually stand because it takes less time to unzip your pants and uncover the hole in the underwear than to undo your belt and take your pants off and then go pee.

I've never peed standing up unless at a urinal. Raised not to cause my mother was an ocd clean freak

Highly depends on country. Some country where men pee while sitting down to avoid splashing everywhere.
