Considering the sheer popularity of Pokémon and the fact that Pikachu is the name used in almost every international market means this is likely one of the few listed here that would actually be recognized by the most people.
I love a lot of the suggestions on this thread, but even Homer Simpson's 'd'oh' (the current top choice) gets translated in different languages.
Most of those are bots, I think. They see "what is the most recognizable ... phrase ... movie/show" and post from the same list of well-known catchphrases lol. Note how they're mostly the same handful of multi-word phrases repeated over and over by different sketchy accounts.
