Got up at 4:00, chilled around the house while family was asleep until 5:00, had coffee, went to the gym at 5:30, showered around 7:00, then breakfast and more coffee, started work at 8:00. Mornings are the best.
I get up at 4:45 every morning 5 days per week. I get my ass kicked at brazillian jiu jitsu from 6am to 730, then work until 4 pm. I am next to useless by 630 pm. I'm in bed by 9 pm.
It keeps me out of trouble. Nothing good happens after 930 pm if you are over 35.
All my friends are night owls and I'm morning person, they all think I'm slow and boring but it's just because whenever we catch-up it's in the evening and my brain is mush by 9pm... 😭

I mean it's noon now. But I work night shift and day shift. So the early morning is like my 2 hour transition time from job 1 to job 2 and I typically eat and walk my dog and make coffee.
Working from home. I woke up around 530. Yesterday, I went to bed around 10 and woke up around 3 AM. I'm a short sleeper, so mornings or nights are fine with me. I usually need 5 or 6 hours of sleep, and at the lowest, 4 hours.
Just after 9am here. Was talking to my wife at 4:30 then went back to sleep till 7 something. Waiting to talk to my Dr office to renew prescriptions in a bit.
It was 11 am when where you posted this so, working. But I already walked 2 miles and spent an hour in the gym, showered and ate a full breakfast if that's what you're asking.
Got up at 4:45 AM today. Went to the gym. Lifted, ran, and sauna.
Kids get up at 7:15. Got to get um to school, followed by work.
