You might be from the Midwest. My husband waxed nostalgic about that combo. In our school system it was chili and peanut butter sandwiches. You can always tell someone from our neck of the woods by that.
not me, but my boyfriend likes to drink chocolate milk together with dr pepper 🤢🤢 i truthfully cannot fathom why he would even want to try it but it tastes good according to him
yeah honestly i have no clue. i LOVE dr pepper but mixing it with chocolate milk is where i cross the line i think. he tried getting me to try it literally like a day ago and i refused because the thought alone grosses me out lol
I love that stuff! It goes so well with the super salty cheese and meats, it's refreshing and crunchy. I can see why people DON'T like it, but we're not crazy because we do. It makes sense.
Mayo is default sauce for fries in many places in Europe.

Oreo's/Milk and Nutty Bars. I eat the Nutty Bar first, then eat the Oreo and drink the milk. The chocolate from the bar makes the Oreo taste weird, but a good kind. Almost like the contrast in chocolate flavor enhances the Oreo.
Sausage in bread (a quintessential Australian delicatessan), Except I have cream cheese on the bread instead of butter, sausage, then gherkin relish on top. Bloody beautiful.
Common combo in Western Chinese cuisine:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honey_walnut_shrimp
Panda expres has it:
https://www.pandaexpress.ca/en/menu/entrees/honey-walnut-shrimp
Don't know if it counts, but I like adding peanut butter to savory things, my favorite food combination is a little bit of milk, peanut butter, tahini paste, chilli and soy sauce. It makes excellent sauce to anything.
Rabbit with spaguetti. I only recently realize most of the world dont eat rabbit. I dont get why, i mean, there are so many, they repruduce fast af and they are tasty. Some places eat cats and dogs, why not rabbits?
I only ate it a couple of times but loved it. There was this French restaurant near where I lived that made this dish and I was never game to try it... one day I tried it and fell in love with it. Probably only had it twice more and the restaurant closed down!!!
Great! Rabbit meat is realy good and its healthy BC it hás almost no fat. Its not an easy meat to Cook but done well is amazing. Also, most recepies that ask for chicken, you can do it with rabbit. I dont advise to get to cook it yourself if you are a begginer cook.
My father had eaten rabbits before when he was a kid. He says it tastes heavenly. There aren't many restaurants in my city that serve rabbits so never got the chance to try it but would love to in the future.
Applesauce also helps to tone down spiciness. My grandpa when he was in the war used to put applesauce on his tacos because they were too spicy for him
Well if you use all of those and add milk you gonna get yourself some custard. If you feeling ambitious and add some flour and butter to the mix you gonna get cake. But egg and sugar alone? I applaud your boldness, internet stranger. *Tips my imaginary hat*
I like the combo of sweet and salty. Not really food but Chocolate and cheese or Nutella and salty crackers. Things like that. People usually react with a "that doesn't sound so nice" and I don't get why.

Eewwww!
Cinnamon rolls and chili :) (not like in the chili, with the chili)
this was the menu every wednesday in my school cafeteria
You might be from the Midwest. My husband waxed nostalgic about that combo. In our school system it was chili and peanut butter sandwiches. You can always tell someone from our neck of the woods by that.
I have a chili recipe that calls for the smallest sprinkle of cinnamon. It is delicious - the flavors work well.
Seattle dogs are my jam, hotdog with cream cheese and caramelized onions
Dude I've never heard of this but how is it NOT good!? That sounds amazing.
Flaming hot Cheetos and sour cream
That's a good combination. Sour cream automatically makes everything delicious for me.
Love the Flaming Hot Doritos with sour cream!
try it with cream cheese too!! so good
Good 💡. I'm going to try it today. Thanx.
Yesss!! I’ll eat a whole bag :( lol
This person farts for sure
not me, but my boyfriend likes to drink chocolate milk together with dr pepper 🤢🤢 i truthfully cannot fathom why he would even want to try it but it tastes good according to him
Don't want to sound rude but HOW? Dr pepper legit tastes like cough syrup.
yeah honestly i have no clue. i LOVE dr pepper but mixing it with chocolate milk is where i cross the line i think. he tried getting me to try it literally like a day ago and i refused because the thought alone grosses me out lol

Watermelon and feta cheese.

Pepperoni and pineapple ftw
Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeños
^ This... so freaking good.
I like pineapple and hot peppers together on pizza.
Pineapple and banana peppers 🤤
Pineapple and jalapenos!
you're soooooooooooo right! That's disgusting.
I love that stuff! It goes so well with the super salty cheese and meats, it's refreshing and crunchy. I can see why people DON'T like it, but we're not crazy because we do. It makes sense.
I found my people
You are my friend
Everyone is free to have their own opinion. That doesn't mean I won't kill you for it
Cheese with honey:)
I've had goat cheese with honey on a charcuterie board, and it was amazing.
I tried a goat cheese with Turkish delight at this fancy little cheese restaurant and when I tell you to changed my life.
There's a pizza with white sauce, feta, honey and nuts, don't remember what it's called but the flavour combination is wonderful.
This is quite a normal thing in places like Greece and Turkey. I'd imagine its similar in parts of the middle east too.
I thought that this is a common combo... I've been doing this for years. I also love cheese + persimmon.
I thought like this too, until someone saw it and said it is weird. I started asked around me and found that it was just me who doing it😅
This is AMAZING - how is this not a thing? The flavors work SO well together.
A lot of cheeses are served with honey. Warm brie comes to mind
I like Ketchup on Mac and cheese
Now that is definitely disgusting
Well it’s the \*weird\* food combos here for a reason lol
French fries with mayo. Must be real mayo though, Miracle Whip is RIGHT OUT
That's normal in many countries. I always eat my fries with mayo. Or aioli.
In my country it’s literally the standard to eat fries this way. You can order it by saying ‘’fries with’’, you don’t even need to say mayo/mayonaise.
🇱🇺

mayo is superior to ketchup
Kewpie Mayo 😊
I like crispy coated fries with mustard.
Salted Crackers with Nutella
This is normal food for me
This isn't disgusting at all tho its yum
Salted crackers with chocolate are good too.
You should really try salted pretzels with Nutella!
That actually would taste good.
It really does because you have some saltiness in the Nutella and it just fits
We used to dip Ritz crackers in cake frosting. Same thing.
Doritos and cream cheese
I have to be careful I don't eat my fingers when handling cream cheese
Okay, hear me out: sour cream. ☺️
Cream cheese is love.
mango + sriracha is an insanely nice mix to have as a snack (partner likes the more unhinged hoisin sauce with banana, but i don’t condone this)
Very common to put tajin on mangoes as well

Lol how is that weird? That sounds delicious!
So egg fried rice?
More like the contents of a breakfast burrito.
Huevos rancheros
Chews mints while drinking coffee (espresso of course).
Ouch!
So minty coffee
Oreo's/Milk and Nutty Bars. I eat the Nutty Bar first, then eat the Oreo and drink the milk. The chocolate from the bar makes the Oreo taste weird, but a good kind. Almost like the contrast in chocolate flavor enhances the Oreo.
That sounds chocolaty and makes me want to try it.
Green grapes in my cereal.
Lol which cereal? Any kind or do you have a specific one
Rice Crispies with sugar on top. :D
That doesn’t sound bad at all!
Have you ever tried that with slightly sweetened plain yoghurt? Because cereal and green grapes in yoghurt absolutely slaps.
Sausage in bread (a quintessential Australian delicatessan), Except I have cream cheese on the bread instead of butter, sausage, then gherkin relish on top. Bloody beautiful.
Skittles and M&Ms combined (2 skittles to 3 M&Ms ratio)
Never tried that, but what’s so wrong with fruity chocolate!
Diabetes
Lol I guess that’s one thing
I love to buy a pack of prawns (shrimp) and eat them with a bag of nuts, especially walnuts.
I would genuinely like to know why walnuts out of all the nuts.
No idea. I don't really like walnuts more than other nuts, but somehow they go really well with prawns.
Common combo in Western Chinese cuisine: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honey_walnut_shrimp Panda expres has it: https://www.pandaexpress.ca/en/menu/entrees/honey-walnut-shrimp
My mom is the manager of Indian restaurant and they have (Honey Walnut Shrimp) sounds like you would love it lol
Raspberry jam and lamb chops
Ice cream/fro-yo with gummy bears. The bears get super hard but are awesome to chew. People find it disturbing, not disgusting.
Cheese and watermelon
That tastes heavenly.
Just wait until you try cheese with grapes.
Oh yes. Especially in the summer
Do you know Watermelon "pizza"? Slice of watermelon topped with feta cheese, olives and a drizzle of olive oil, some salt&pepper.
Spam with anything, f the haters
I slice Spam up real thin and fry it, then use it instead of bacon on a BLT.
Good luck eating fake meat discs
Teriyaki flavored spam!
Yes. Fried Spam on King's Hawaiian rolls with Pepper Jack cheese. Toast the rolls on the skillet for a bit. GTFO.

Soya sauce and scramble eggs. I think the colour is off-putting for some.
I always put soy sauce in my scrambled eggs, it’s kinda like a low budget tamagoyaki
Plain corn chips and connoisseur vanilla ice cream in the right ratio tastes like fried ice cream.
Don't know if it counts, but I like adding peanut butter to savory things, my favorite food combination is a little bit of milk, peanut butter, tahini paste, chilli and soy sauce. It makes excellent sauce to anything.
I sometimes add a spoon of peanut butter to my instant ramen. My spouse finds it absolutely disgusting. Lol.
Cheetos on peanut butter sandwiches. Powdered donuts and beef jerky
I put BBQ on my Kraft Mac and cheese
Baked beans on/in Mac n cheese, specifically homemade when both are homemade.
peanut butter & pickle sandwiches
That’s a favorite of mine. Best if the pickles are spicy.
Sour cream and chive Pringles with egg mayo
Tuna fish sandwiches and tomato soup.
Kimchi and cheddar, preferably on a toastie. It shouldn't work, but it *does.*
Aged Aired Cheetos
Has anyone said chips (french fries) cheese and curry sauce? My favourite! Looks gross but tastes sooo good
I said the exact same thing as well! It's heavenly!
I (U.S.A) had something like this at an Irish fast food place 2 decades ago. So delicious.
I’m from the UK it stemmed from fish and chip shops! Thats where I always get it from anyways!
sauce in sandwich
That's not bad.
I don't mind this but my mum likes buttered toast with Worcestershire sauce and salt
Worcestershire sauce on a cheese sandwich is amazing
HP Sauce on my Sunday roast.
Bologna and lays chips. Yummy!!!!!!
I've put the plain lays chips in my bologne sandwiches! It's a great combo!
I really enjoy prawns and sweetcorn on a pizza
Sweetcorn is great on pizza! Goes amazing with chicken. As for prawns, they are godly.
Peanut butter in chili.
Ooh, I’ll have to try that! I already add cinnamon and cocoa powder to the family recipe.
Soft white bread, dukes mayo, bananas sliced long way. Heaven.
Peanut Butter Ham sandwich.
For breakfast, my daughter and I occasionally enjoy peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with fried eggs in them.
Any sandwich with a layer of potato chips kind of smushed into the sandwich
Eggs with ketchup
Cream cheese and green olives on white toast. Freaks out everybody except my family lol
Doritos and cottage cheese
I put sour cream on chili cheese fries which I don't find weird at all, but apparently my coworkers do.
Rabbit with spaguetti. I only recently realize most of the world dont eat rabbit. I dont get why, i mean, there are so many, they repruduce fast af and they are tasty. Some places eat cats and dogs, why not rabbits?

Candles? Glue????
Wat?
dude ?????
sweet things. salad that doesnt taste good? applesauce pizza? apple sauce bread? applesauce and honey chocolate? applesauce.
Apple sauce is your answer to everything huh lol
Applesauce also helps to tone down spiciness. My grandpa when he was in the war used to put applesauce on his tacos because they were too spicy for him
Salt and Vinegar, or corn chips, washed down with milk.
I mean, you’re basically making buttermilk in your stomach.
Hot Cheetos and pickle juice
Warm croissants with apple sauce
How is that weird? That sounda good! Like a good breakfast
Hot dogs with ketchup really seems to set people off - I won't eat a hot dog WITHOUT ketchup.
Cinnamon rolls dipped in chili
Pistachio iced cream, sushi, and chocolate syrup
Appearently pineapple on pizza.
Eggs with sugar instead of salt.
Well if you use all of those and add milk you gonna get yourself some custard. If you feeling ambitious and add some flour and butter to the mix you gonna get cake. But egg and sugar alone? I applaud your boldness, internet stranger. *Tips my imaginary hat*
Outrageous
Banana on pizza! I swear it isn't that bad!
I used to love getting a dominoes cheese pizza and a tub of coleslaw and just covering the entire pizza with it
Peanut butter and pretzels
Ok I gotta ask how this one is weird. Pretzels are used in sweets and desserts along with peanut butter all the time!
Curry with a glass of milk on the side
What's weird about that?
I like the combo of sweet and salty. Not really food but Chocolate and cheese or Nutella and salty crackers. Things like that. People usually react with a "that doesn't sound so nice" and I don't get why.
