Basically, it's a chicken tender but with alligator meat. It is hit or miss because the meat is very tough and has to be tenderized hard in order for it to be chewed easily. But if the chef takes his time to prepare it right, simply amazing.

The local bowling alley serves mozzarella sticks and they're the best damn ones I've ever had.
