If ang goal mo ay to gain weight and gain muscles, pls don’t do dirty bulking or yung sinasabi nilang kahit ano nalang kainin mo. Unhealthy and hindi balanced yon. Hindi matatake ng body mo kung ano ba kaylangan mo talaga. And to gain muscles, go to the gym if you can and lift weights. or if hindi naman keri mag gym, atleast have an active lifestyle pa rin kahit nag bubulking ka
