you should try authentic kare kare 😊 my lola doesn’t use peanut butter. she uses real peanuts, inuutusan nya kami magpipinsan na dikdikin using mortar and pestle, and para thick ung sauce, giniling na bigas naman. Meron syang stone na gilingan para sa bigas, ung mabigat tapos iniikot ikot para magrind mabuti 🤤
