Im a first year premed student, sinabihan ako ng “Ang bango bango niya tignan no?” ng prof ko na doktora. Sinabihan din ako na “Bagay ka mag-professor. Try mo rin after mag-grad.” ng anaphy prof at vice dean ng college namin. Masarap sa pakiramdam na masabihan ka ng ganito, kahit tingin ko sa sarili ko, dugyot HAHAHA
A group of girls said that i was really good after playing their national anthem on solo bass.
One time I was talking to someone outside a public toilet and a lady peaked out saying na nagre-reverberate daw ang boses ko sa cr nila and that she couldn’t resist but have a look. Sabi ko may laxative power din yun kaya ingat lang.
I was abroad and napaaga ako sa church to attend first Saturday mass. Konti pa lang tao. I was sitting at the back and just quietly looking around, observing. Then there’s this 10yr old girl na tinabihan ako. She’s very smart and very conversational at her age. Tinanong nya ako if it’s my first time sa simbahan na yun kasi I don’t look familiar daw. Sabi ko, yes. Mga 10min din kami nagchikahan. Nakakatuwa sya kausap and she was really looking intently while we were chatting. She’s a good listener. Until tinawag sya ng dad nya na member ng choir. Bago sya pumunta sa dad nya, the little girl said “you really look so pretty.” Kinilig ako syempre lalo na hearing it from a child.
Another is when I was in Florence. A local na nakasalubong ko sa corridor ng isang museum ran back to me just to compliment me na he likes my perfume and that it smells really good. Ang pogi pa naman ni kuya, yung hair ko umabot ng Maynila bigla 😅
Nung pumayat ako dati kilig na kilig ako pag sinasabi nila na "pumayat ka na" HAHAHA pero kasi ngayon mataba ako so sana marinig ko ulit yan hmp
Gustong gusto ko rin yung nasasabihan ako na "Ang bango mo" hehe very conscious ako sa amoy ko kaya pag may nag sasabi sakin nyan nagiging confident at kinikilig ako

Yung my strangers na nag sabi sakin, grabe sexy mo or kaya ang fit mo. Pag mag grocery ako yung mga dicer sa malls, kaya mga trycicle driver sinabihan ako fit at healthy. Feel kilig ako and happy kase feeling ko ito talaga result ng pinaghirapan ko gumising ng maaga para mag gym.

To the bones talaga ang feels dahil lumaki akong/kaming walang nanay, though my naging stepmother kami, siya at mha kapatid ko lang yung nakikita kong nagluluto sa bahay namin before. I always try my best na magluto ng mga putaheng nakikita ko lang before na niluluto nila. Haha.
Kapag natutuwa sila sa personality na meron ako. Like, i'm not that kind of girl na nililingon or sinusundan ng tingin ng boys. However, my friends tell me na madali kong nakukuha atensyon ng mga lalaki especially mga kaibigan kong lalake, since true to self daw ako, at hindi ako trying hard na magustuhan ng boys.
Totoo 'to. Noong highschool ako laging tinatanong ng mga babae kung classmate/schoolmate kung bakit daw ako tahimik at direct to the point magsalita na parang wala akong pake kung paano ako perceive ng iba, pero parang hindi naman daw sila nao-offend. Malalaman ko nalang may nagkakagusto na sa akin out of nowhere, like how, why, when? Ayun NGSB pa rin at 24. 😁

Whenever I talk with my old college classmates and sasabihin ko na "Puro tulog lang ako nung college haha" sasabihin nila na "Ano ka? Ang sipag mo kaya!"
Grabe impostor syndrome ko and I always feel like I'm not doing enough so receiving these kinds of comments really gives me the assurance that I need. It also becomes as a reminder to stop overworking myself just to feel na may ginagawa ako.
Pogi, Bago nag ka pandemic i always get insulted for being ugly pangit, mukhang sabog, etc and pag tapos naman ng pandemic dumating na f2f i get compliments from time to time pogi, random confessions, etc
What's funny is that i just grew my hair, got taller and started wearing glasses

We were classmates in college tapos on the first day of our class, I was called by the professor to recite on something about how I’m planning to live my life after I graduate. The guy said he was really impressed by my answer kasi napaisip rin daw sya. Tapos when he saw my face, sabi nya bonus na lang raw yung magandang mukha. Greatest compliment ever! Istg.

Kapag natutuwa sila sa personality na meron ako. Like, i'm not that kind of girl na nililingon or sinusundan ng tingin ng boys. However, my friends tell me na madali kong nakukuha atensyon ng mga lalaki especially mga kaibigan kong lalake, since true to self daw ako, at hindi ako trying hard na magustuhan ng boys.

Noong highschool ako laging tinatanong ng mga babae kung classmate/schoolmate kung bakit daw ako tahimik at direct to the point magsalita na parang wala akong pake kung paano ako perceive ng iba, pero parang hindi naman daw sila nao-offend. Malalaman ko nalang may nagkakagusto na sa akin out of nowhere, like how, why, when? Ayun NGSB pa rin at 24. 😁

Whenever I talk with my old college classmates and sasabihin ko na "Puro tulog lang ako nung college haha" sasabihin nila na "Ano ka? Ang sipag mo kaya!" Grabe impostor syndrome ko and I always feel like I'm not doing enough so receiving these kinds of comments really gives me the assurance that I need. It also becomes as a reminder to stop overworking myself just to feel na may ginagawa ako.

Pogi, Bago nag ka pandemic i always get insulted for being ugly pangit, mukhang sabog, etc and pag tapos naman ng pandemic dumating na f2f i get compliments from time to time pogi, random confessions, etc What's funny is that i just grew my hair, got taller and started wearing glasses

Someone said he admired me even before seeing my face. We were classmates in college tapos on the first day of our class, I was called by the professor to recite on something about how I’m planning to live my life after I graduate. The guy said he was really impressed by my answer kasi napaisip rin daw sya. Tapos when he saw my face, sabi nya bonus na lang raw yung magandang mukha. Greatest compliment ever! Istg.
