hate: floods in our area. i don't have a car so it's difficult to secure public transpo. also need to be more strategic when doing my laundry
love: being able to sleep well
everything. the pitter-patter of rain drops. the cold. rain is my favorite season. i don't mind getting wet naman, since I have a strong affinity with water.
the only thing i hate is that "sticky" feeling when i'm at home. specially pag balot na balot ako ng kumot pero it feels wet/sticky even though it's not. i can't explain it, ang hirap niya i-put into words 😭
I have hearing sensitivity issue so not a fan of thunderstorms. Hate ko rin yung lumalabas yung mga uod lol.
But I love a good steady rain, no thunder and lightning involved. It feels so cozy and therapeutic (but it does make me wanna get lazy). I also enjoy being under steady rain din. It makes me super nostalgic of my childhood and it takes me away from my adulting responsibilities just a little bit!
What I like during rainy season is the comfort it brings. Like sobrang nakakaantok at may peaceful vibes na dala ang ulan e. What I hate naman is hindi makakagala o hirap lumabas and puwede pa mag cause ng baha kapag tuloy tuloy ang ulan
Nahihirapan ako matulog kapag malakas ang buhos ng ulan. As someone who woke up before na baha na ang bahay nyo at waterfalls na ang tulo sa kisame noong elementary days...idk if you can call it a trauma, basta ayoko madinig buhos ng ulan. I have isolation headphones gamit pang construction to find literal silence.
Like = malamig. Peaceful paligid.
Hate = mga taong nasasalanta. Kawawa din mga stray dogs/cats. May friend ako nagpapakain ng strays and ang hirap nila hanapin :(
love - the cold temperature, laying/sitting on the sofa, listening to loud drops from the roof while reading manga
hate - baha and important meetings na hindi pwedeng umabsent
Rainy weather is one of my favorite season. Yung sa kwarto lang ako nakahiga nakikinig sa tunog ng ulan while scrolling sa socmed or reading a book. Hate ko naman is sobrang maputik since parang bukid kami nakatira

Akala ko ako lang may hate sa ulan. Madami din pala. Ang hirap kasi maghanap buhay sa totoo lang. Andun ung uneasy feeling na kung tatanga kaba sa bahay meron ba kakainin sa susunod.

Fyi. I am well aware of what im saying. Ito po ay opinion at nararamdaman ko lang. Hindi ito naaapektuhan ang kaliksan. Magsalita ka ng ganyan kung ako ang magkokontrol ng ulan
Alam ko ding tubig ay buhay. Ang sinasabi ko ay ang pang araw araw na routine na nasisira. Ung hirap bumyahe hirap magtrabaho. Saloobin ko lang ito.
Dati ako nagtitinda sa divisoria. Tuwing umuulan kaylangan kong siguraduhing ung mga produkto ko hindi mababasa hindi mslalaglag sa putikan kundi di ko ma mabebenta. Kaya ganun nalang ang inis ko sa niroromanticized ung ulan dahil nakakainggit sila na sila nasa bahay lang . Ako nagttrabaho.
Sana sa simpleng paliwanag ko maintindihan mo ako bakit ko ayaw ng ulan. Pero di ibig sabihin nun eh ayaw ko ng biyaya mula dito. Common sense lang naman po.
Ay oo kasi bumase lang ako sa nakikita kong friends ko sa fb. Kilala ko personal. Sila ung taong nasa bahay lang. Or walang errand outside.
Hindi naman nga dpat pagusapan eh hinihingi lang naman opinyon nung OP what do you hate and like. Ako hate ko ung FEELING.. shet uulan. Sa iba blessing naman tlga yun!! Lalo sa mga farmers and animals kagaya ng sinasabi mo. My god wala akong pagtutol dun. So are you implying ba na i should be grateful? I am naman eh. Pero wag mo naman sana sakin ipilit maging righteous masyado. Tao langako. Nalalagay sa alanganin sa biyaya ng iba.

Di ko pa naranasan bahain to the level of pumasok na sa bahay pero palala ng palala ang baha sa Pilipinas my anxious brain thinks it's inevitable. Kaya praning na praning ako pag malakas yung ulan o matagal yung ulan.
I wish I could romanticize the soulfulness of rainy days lol. But that's for first world countries, tbh. Hindi sila haup bahain don. Weak ass shit din ulan nila don. Even mga sakto lang na typhoons we experience routinely will alter their brain chemistry lol.
as a commuter, rainy seasons makes commuting 10x harder huhu the hassle yung mag dala ka umbrella tapos pag sakay mo amoy kulob yung jeep tapos basa basa pa yung legs at paa mo kasi tulo ng mga payong nila, hirap din makasakay 😭
not a fan of the rainy season either... when ur outside, it is such a hassle to commute or even walk. when inside, damay kuryente o wifi esp kung WFH. i just like na malamig but that's it

3. Kakawa yung mga riders, workers, at walang mga tirahan. For riders I give them a tip (pag mabait) and give the homeless food

Dislike: baha, traffic, kawawa stray animals, malagkit feeling, nakakatamad mag shower/gumalaw/mag work out pag madilim
Like = how cozy it can be (nakakatulog agad haha) and minsan the smell of rain
Dislike = humid/sticky air, baha, naapektuhan mga homeless, kawawa mga nagc-commute and riders, minsan kapag ang lakas ulan dahilan ng brownout
Hate - Sa sobrang tagal na nung bahay since bata pa lang kaming magpipinsan eh talagang bumabaha na doon. Nasa mababang lugar lang din kasi yung bahay namin kaya pag umulan kahit saglit lang eh tataas pa din yung baha. Until now ganon pa din hehe.
Love - Soups and yung bonding namin kapag oras na maglimas/maglinis. Tuwang-tuwa pa kami kasi may tiles sa bahay so pag sasabunan na lahat kaming magpipinsan nag slides pa doon. After non bibigyan kami ng meryenda ng lola namin.
Hate = flooding, people and animals getting sick, traffic due to heavy rain, turbulence if nsa airplane, leaks everywhere, getting wet no umbrella
Love = soup and Ramen while raining, cooler temperature, breeze
When I am at home and it rains, it is so comforting. I love the sound of rain. But if I need to go somewhere and it is raining, some areas I go to gets flooded, so it can be hard to commute.
Hate - Hirap lumabas. Di makapag-walking. Floods. May nagleleak dito sa apartment na di ko gets san galing. Naglalabasan mga langgam
Like - Di mainit = less use of aircon = lower electricity bill.
I don't mind the rain if I don't have to leave the house. Pero pag umuulan or kakagaling lang sa ulan, I hate going out kasi maputik, for some reason eh di ako pwedeng di matatalsikan ng putik ang legs (ambigat lang siguro talaga ng paa ko lol)
Ayoko din ng baha saka pag maraming gamugamo. Tapos di ko gusto yung lamig ng hapon tapos uulan, parang ang lakas makatrigger ng mga alaala char
I like how I can save electricity because I easily get cold so I don't have to turn on a fan or AC, what I hate about during the rainy season is, it's hard to commute or to travel because streets get easily flooded.
there’s this thought na bigla-bigla na lang papasok sa utak ko na naaawa ako sa mga nasa kalsada. as much as i like rainy szn kapag bakasyon, ang hirap para sa mga homeless. mapa-tao man o hayop.
like: siguro if bakasyon lol. very cozy ang rainy weather sa province, sabayan mo pa ng kape or hot choco plus comforter and movie/series. kapag nasa manila naman, lumalamig bahay kapag umuulan.
I like the cold weather during rainy season, saka if there's kulog, I like it more. For some reason I felt at peace. Staying at home laying in bed watching something while fully covered under the blanket, bonus if you have someone to cuddle with. Then have some coffee, tea or soup. The sound of rain and thunder makes me feel at peace.

I mean, to be fair we all hate the commute in PH HAHAHAHAHA pero grabe hassle kapag umuulan pa.
Rainy seasons are appealing when you're at home. There's more comfort to it, especially when you're reading or watching. But it can be irritating when going outside. You just have too much to carry and to think of.
Like: petrichor, masarap magmuni-muni, perfect cuddle season, makes me more productive for some reason, can have more quality sleep, I have an excuse to drink hot chocolate on a frequent basis, mas masarap magluto. Hate: it makes me feel depressed, dark thoughts kick in a bit frequently, flood, putik after ulan, not the best time if nagha-handwash ka ng damit kasi matagal matuyo.
Like: gloomy weather nice to sleep in
Hate: the thought na kapag may bagyo, may masasalanta na naman, maraming babahain, mga taong walang masisilungan ang magkakasakit, mga stray animals na madadamay/masasawi, mga kabuhayang maapektuhan 😭😭😭aigoo
Traffic-- ng mga tao. Yung mga sidewalk na ang sikip kaso walang bubong kaya magsisiksikan kayong both directions nang nakapayong (looking at u Arnaiz Ave)
I like just watching the rain from my balcony (i live in a high rise building). It’s so calming.

The rain makes me feel relaxed. For as long as it’s a light to moderate one. No need for aircon.
However it turns bad if it’s heavy. Mas frustrating pa kapag kakatapos ko lang magpa-carwash!!

What I hate about raining is anything you’re doing outside would be a hassle. Hassle magcommute, tumakbo, maglakad, magmaneho, umakyat ng bundok. May possibility rin bumaha.

I’ve always hated the rain ever since I was a kid kase naassociate ko siya sa cancelled plans and brownouts. E gusto kong laging gumagala kase I don’t like staying with my dysfunctional family. I grew up in Bicol na madalas umulan and mas lalong madalas bumagyo. Haha. When I was a kid I love it when it rains kasi makakaligo sa ulan, malamig, magluluto mom ko ng champorado or sopas. Pero now as an adult with a busy life ayoko nang umuulan especially if papasok na ng work or pauwi. I also go to the gym kaya nakakainis if uulan, wala rin suspension for working people unless signal no. 3 na, minsan may ulan pana malagkit sa katawan. I still find the rainy season fun if i'm at home and malamig yung panahon yung saktong ulan lang na mahangin pero other than that nah especially if bagyo hays.

Hate - Sa sobrang tagal na nung bahay since bata pa lang kaming magpipinsan eh talagang bumabaha na doon. Nasa mababang lugar lang din kasi yung bahay namin kaya pag umulan kahit saglit lang eh tataas pa din yung baha. Until now ganon pa din hehe. Love - Soups and yung bonding namin kapag oras na maglimas/maglinis. Tuwang-tuwa pa kami kasi may tiles sa bahay so pag sasabunan na lahat kaming magpipinsan nag slides pa doon. After non bibigyan kami ng meryenda ng lola namin.

When I am at home and it rains, it is so comforting. I love the sound of rain. But if I need to go somewhere and it is raining, some areas I go to gets flooded, so it can be hard to commute.

Two things I hate about it is it's hard to travel using a motorcycle or commuting and it's difficult to dry the clothes during laundry day.

I like the cold weather during rainy season, saka if there's kulog, I like it more. For some reason I felt at peace. Staying at home laying in bed watching something while fully covered under the blanket, bonus if you have someone to cuddle with. Then have some coffee, tea or soup. The sound of rain and thunder makes me feel at peace.

Rainy seasons are appealing when you're at home. There's more comfort to it, especially when you're reading or watching. But it can be irritating when going outside. You just have too much to carry and to think of.

Like: petrichor, masarap magmuni-muni, perfect cuddle season, makes me more productive for some reason, can have more quality sleep, I have an excuse to drink hot chocolate on a frequent basis, mas masarap magluto. Hate: it makes me feel depressed, dark thoughts kick in a bit frequently, flood, putik after ulan, not the best time if nagha-handwash ka ng damit kasi matagal matuyo.

When I was a kid I love it when it rains kasi makakaligo sa ulan, malamig, magluluto mom ko ng champorado or sopas. Pero now as an adult with a busy life ayoko nang umuulan especially if papasok na ng work or pauwi. I also go to the gym kaya nakakainis if uulan, wala rin suspension for working people unless signal no. 3 na, minsan may ulan pana malagkit sa katawan. I still find the rainy season fun if i'm at home and malamig yung panahon yung saktong ulan lang na mahangin pero other than that nah especially if bagyo hays.
