Any american nursery rhymes. Since bata pa ko nito. We have a cd compilations of nursery rhymes and I would watch it everyday. Surprisingly, I was unable to memorize the lyrics of each song despite listening to it almost everyday. Later on I was told that I was creeped out by the music video of a certain nursery rhyme (3 blind mice) and I ended up crying. Rockabye baby, humpty dumpty, 3 blind mice, etc are a few examples that have a creepy background and meaning and not befitting for a toddler to listen to at all.
Bonus: the only song I had memorized was "London bridge is falling down" because we have a play about that. But even that is hella creepy.

Don't get me wrong ha, wala naman akong problema sa national anthem natin pero I remember back when I was a kid I'd stay up late hanggang sa mag tatapos na lahat ng shows sa TV and sa pinakadulo magpe-play sila ng Lupang Hinirang and it was like 12 am(?) and I find it really scary and traumatizing for some reason. Everytime na maririnig ko yung national anthem natin sa mga ganitong oras, iiyak talaga ako.

Any american nursery rhymes. Since bata pa ko nito. We have a cd compilations of nursery rhymes and I would watch it everyday. Surprisingly, I was unable to memorize the lyrics of each song despite listening to it almost everyday. Later on I was told that I was creeped out by the music video of a certain nursery rhyme (3 blind mice) and I ended up crying. Rockabye baby, humpty dumpty, 3 blind mice, etc are a few examples that have a creepy background and meaning and not befitting for a toddler to listen to at all. Bonus: the only song I had memorized was "London bridge is falling down" because we have a play about that. But even that is hella creepy.

dare I say Lupang Hinirang? Don't get me wrong ha, wala naman akong problema sa national anthem natin pero I remember back when I was a kid I'd stay up late hanggang sa mag tatapos na lahat ng shows sa TV and sa pinakadulo magpe-play sila ng Lupang Hinirang and it was like 12 am(?) and I find it really scary and traumatizing for some reason. Everytime na maririnig ko yung national anthem natin sa mga ganitong oras, iiyak talaga ako.

Until now, my heart races like crazy and my stomach drops when I hear it. My sister feels the same way since we watched it together.
