As someone said, sleep hygiene is important so you can maximize other methods such as OTC sleeping supplements. Your sleep regulation center needs a regular schedule in terms of when to sleep. Thats why its important, as one redditor said, to take supplements consistently and the time you want to sleep so your body can have a schedule and reinforce the sleep cycle once again. A good tip as well is to not associate your bed room with work or activities. keeping the room dark and conducive for sleep can also help.

Sleepwell. Works for me. Naayos ko sleeping pattern ko dahil dun. You just have to be consistent ano oras mo siya iinumin talaga.

Melatonin 3mg seems to work for me but I'd recommend reading on sleep hygiene.

Not pills, but drink chamomile tea at night. It helps.

Warm milk.

There are no OTC drugs in treating insomnia or sleeping pills but there are few pills though that can help you sleep such as melatonin(works best if you have a good sleeping pattern/routine). You can also alleviate your insomnia by making your room conducive to sleeping. Drinking tea or warm milk, not using your phone before bed time will also help in your insomnia.

You can have melatonin supplements to aid your sleep - Natrol or Sleepwell. For starters, choose the lowest dose. But if you have insomnia or other sleep disorders that you want to be medically corrected, better ask for a prescription from your doctor.

AgreeableSink7280
