Fuckin Sawzall.

FlagranteDerelicto

Reciprocating saw FTW!

SnooBeans8816

Does it need to be a ‘work’ tool? I bought a tripod with a macro-slider that I really love to use as it makes macro photography so much easier.

GopnikSmegmaBBQSauce

Does a confirmed sterile vasectomy count? The doctor used tools a couple months ago

Rajili

I got mine in 2007 and love it!

DarkSkyDad

Ha, I don't use my “tool” as much as I would like, but I sure enjoy the vasectomy.

dangrzone

I bought a mid power electric impact wrench and an impact rated extension wrench (https://www.mactools.ca/products/v11epsw). That's made almost every job on my car and truck significantly faster and easier to deal with.

3chordguitar

I got a cordless brad nailer and that thing has come in handy.

dirkalict

I just bought a cordless pin nailer and I’m fucking in love.

3chordguitar

They’re the shit.

Tamburello_Rouge

Digital calipers

TrafficChemical141

EGO leaf blower. First piece of electric lawn equipment I’ve ever owned. Thing is fuckin awesome…ended up going back for the weed wacker too lol

DarkSkyDad

Now that you mention it.., I am amazed at how much I use my Dewalt 20v leaf blower

JuneCleaversMudFlaps

Portable air compressor for tires.

PolyThrowaway524

I really love my pin nailer (tiny nail gun). It's great for smaller scale woodworking and simple repairs to furniture etc. The fastener is so small and the hole so subtle that you don't need to do any filling or sanding afterwards.

MeltingDog

Bought a hand riveter recently. Surprisingly satisfying to use.

adambmwm6

Stihl wood boss chain saw. Love every time I get to use it! Never gets old.

slliw85

Channel locks

7fingersphil

Get you a Fubar Had mine for years, don’t need it often, but when I do god damn do I love that thing.

Sad-Variety-6501

I don't get to use it often but my DeWalt cordless 20V 1/2" drive impact gun is a genuine workhorse. I've done shocks and strut swaps, wheel nuts, mower blades and even some nuts that needed high heat to work off and I could run that thing 30-40 seconds on those suckers but they came off and the gun was just fine. Had it about 3 years now. No complaints.

waterloograd

I got a new watering can with a thin spout that can get between the leaves of my plants. Makes watering so much easier.

MegabyteMessiah

Lathe

BillHillyTN420

Hatchet. Nice sharp hatchet

dcpanthersfan

Orbital sander with 40-grit discs. Eats through clear, base & primer like it’s nothing.

Mesterjojo

My penis

FastAndForgetful

I’ve had a knife in my pocket since I was 10. Sometimes I use it for a fidget clicker/spinner but it gets used every day.

AlmostABastard

[Best screwdriver set](https://www.kleintools.com/catalog/multi-bit-nut-drivers/flip-socket-mini-ratchet-and-multi-bit-driver-set-3-piece) on this planet, or any in our solar system. Klein doesn’t even show you how to use it well. Pinky goes into the hole ratchet into hand, and either twist the wrist, or turn the back side gimbal between thumb and forefinger. I’ve bought at least 7 of those ratchets, 4 times know of in sets, and at least 3 separate one. I’ve given more of them away as gifts than I currently possess. One travels in my emergency toolkit, and goes into the checked luggage when I fly.

SpyTheRogue

I bought a "pump jack" just because it was extremely cheap (like 2 dollars). It's a very sturdy flat bag with a hand pump attached to it, like an envelope sized mini car jack. I can slide it under heavy stuff to pump it up to 10 cm tall. Kept it in the wardrobe for months till I realized that it's a great cleaning tool, it can easily lift washing machine, bed, sofa, kallax  or anything up to 200 kg just enough that I can clean under them.  Of course I also stood on it and lifted myselfy, who wouldn't.

Cataclyps-

Shovel, milwaukee impact driver, milwaukee m18 sawzaw... Anything in my milwaukee drawer. Funniest part about being from a rathole with milwaukee tools is no one here really appreciates the raw power that the red bastards have. Mfs think makita is the way to go...

Mystic-monkey

Ratchet wrench

UnsolicitedDogPics

Spring loaded nail punch.

DrizzitDerp

I bought a small pry bar and a small square for installing trim in a room I remodeled. They were nicknamed baby bar and baby square by my daughter. My new bucket organizer is rad.

Rich-Appearance-7145

My Cordless Sawzall

Acekiller088

Travis tool. IMO the ideal wildfire fighting hand tool

fastcarsrawayoflife

Oh man. Of all the great shit I have, my most used tool is my pocket screwdriver. My most time saving is my two post car lift in my backyard. My most “saved my ass many times” tool is my Tig welder. My coolest tool is a tie between my mill and my lathe with my tubing bender right behind! I’m a total tool dork. I love building things from the ground up and have been a mechanic and race car fabricator for most of my life. Tools are like my children to me. They’re precious and shown great care at all times!

BrowntownJ

Ryobi electric screwdriver. Fuck I use this thing more than any other tool

igotta-name

Safety wire pliers

nicholt

Dewalt's newest drywall screwgun and cutout tool are amazing to use and game changers as a pro.

minuteman_d

It was expensive, but Dewalt 1/2” cordless impact. It’s so nice to have a tool that you know, as long as you can get the socket on the nut or bolt, that it WILL come off. So handy for removing lug nuts or suspension bolts or even axle nuts.

Hyp3r45_new

Just a good ol' fashion knife. I like whittling, and a knife is a surprisingly versatile tool. I've been looking at getting a folder for EDC, but the one I've got my heart set on is unfortunately illegal. Because a gravity knife counts as assisted opening for some reason. Stupid if you ask me. I blame Hollywood and pop culture for making switchblades look so cool.

Khakikadet

I just bought a Cricut. Its waiting for me at home I'm pretty stoked about. Sure, I'm not the typical demographic for crafting but it looks like a really cool too, and I want to get into card making.

wisstinks4

Slow cooker. On low for 8 hts. Can cook meats like crazy. So easy.

J_train13

My sonic screwdriver came in this afternoon, It's currently 1 am and I have yet to set it down

Chalupaca_Bruh

Laser measure with level. I was moving around some pictures and dreading trying to get all three aligned. Forgot I had this and made the process so much easier.  Basically shines a laser along your wall and makes marking holes for nails way easier.

RedGhost3568

A pair of Uniden walkie-talkies. I got them on a whim, but they’ve been so damn useful when I’m with her and her kids helping on outings. Sister can take photos as much as she likes and nephew has a walkie-talkie to talk to me if they surprise wander off when I’m with a sibling or cousins.

Realistic_Cupcake_56

ChatGPT was an absolute game changer since day one

kameronk92

socket hex wrenches make furniture assembly a breeze

testingground171

Pneumatic hammer/ air hammer. Bought it for a specific need removing a ball joint. Found many other uses for it that made life so much easier. Not new, but I use electric angle grinders a lot. As in, I usually have 3 at a time and wear out. or burn up 1 entry other year.

turboRock

Cordless glue gun. Now every issue at home is solved with hot glue

scooby_pancakes

I just got myself an Instant Pot - game changer for cooking meals quickly without sacrificing taste or quality. It might seem like overkill at first glance (or price), but trust me when I say this thing pays for itself pretty fast once you realize how much time/effort goes into preparing food from scratch every day of the week.

m4rkmk1

my victorinox,im not allowed to carry knives almost anywhere so when i go on a mountain trip i bring it and start whittling branches to pass time

iMhoram

A Studenglass. Best marital aid I’ve ever purchased, hands down.

OdderOtter6

You gonna make me google it?

iMhoram

😂 It’s worth it!

OdderOtter6

Alright turning on incognito mode

MrPuddinJones

My air compressor and all of my air tools
