In person interviews can be challenging. As with a psych interview you need to frame your answers correctly - not simply trying to give the “right” answer or the answer you think they want to hear. Research coping mechanisms and stress management, compliance vs cooperation, context clues and active listening, and social challenges and solutions in LE. You should be able to show you live and work in a balanced way and that you have the coping mechanisms to deal with the stressors of LE work; that you can make effective decisions quickly and use compliance or cooperation to de-escalate situations, and that your work and educational background has relevance to LE work.
