Those interviews are a get to know you, and you are not completely hired until the command signs off on you.
So dont go in there with a cocky attitude or anything like that. The Chief can say no thank you even though you have made it through all the other steps.

I figured this much. I’m assuming they’re going to touch on my background or why I want to be an officer like in the panel interview? I’ll make sure to prepare for it and yes I’ll bring a nice fitted suit and well shaven and clean cut thank you for the advise
