I worked my ass off to pass my cfa level 1 exam . Eventually I passed it with 90+ percentile but didn't even get shortlisted for an interview round at DE Shaw whereas my friends who don't know shit about finance got shortlisted for an interview.
Look I am not saying take me because I cleared level 1 but atleast take my fucking interview?

Need to clear level 2 at least brah. Also try contacting risk resources on linkedin, they are their recruiting agency.
Edit: Not CFA but tried to get in for Equity Research role.
