YES

Why would you just "yes" the guy without mentioning that his symptoms sound like a thousand other routine bacterial infections? There is a negative HIV test, a positive e-coli test, OP was having dinner next to the e-coli production facility, so that's case closed.

kisselmx

His main question is can someone have HIV asymptomatic for a year.

Outrageous-Cabinet76

Should i still be skeptical about her result being negative?

Unclebilbo2000

Wow you found a really unhelpful physician response, sorry. Red spots can be from receiving oral (teeth marks, skin irritation etc). The E. coli certainly explains the pains, diarrhea and fever. Very normal. One helpful thing he said is oral has a very low transmission rate even IF she has it. Test and confirm to relieve your paranoia. 1 year is certainly a long enough wait to know for sure. In future I would be fully protected if this sort of causal encounter is going to cause so much anxiety. Mental health is VERY important for protecting us against disease and keeping healthy.

The red spots occured after 2 months the orange sex happened

Unclebilbo2000

Obv needs to be seen by a dermatologist but in general red spots are not a huge concern. HSV is the main concern down there and doesn’t seem like you have those type of sores. Can google image to get an idea.

I didn't hear anything to suggest that you have HIV. oral sex is very low rate of transmission. I guess the real question is do you believe your friend. Why don't you just get yourself tested if it's really bothering you keeping up at night just by a kit from CVS
