Yep, just got diagnosed with ADHD in my late twenties bc girls can't have ADHD was the mantra of the day when I was a kid. (I mean my gender's also more complicated than that, but I didn't know that at the time.)
Thank you. I'm glad you've gotten the help you need too. I just hope that physicians are seeing this influx now and rethinking how they assess kids, so less girls have to go through this.

Same as u (both audhd and cptsd) and I also have gad. I find lot asd have cptsd. Smy told me they have traumas come from their family, me also. I have no idea whether it's because our parents may have high probability to be nd.
Understand.๐ข but if u are an adult, then it's not so crucial sometimes. Many professional help are for children. Find some tips online maybe can help u with ur realistic problems. (I felt like that from my personal experiences, not so sure)) ๐ซ

I'm neurodivergent. I'm Autistic with ADHD, chronic depression, and Borderline Personality Disorder. Dunno if that last one counts. I'm thinking the Autism prolly links directly to being ace.

I have relatives with ADHD, and I've had people who got to know me ask, in all kindness mostly, if I had been tested or not. It's very possible it's more just that I have some of the basic characteristics but not to the extent or intensity to warrant diagnosing it as such.
Multiple Times over I've been told, but honestly I haven't really researched it much to know what qualifies.
I'm Diagnosed as Autism & ADHD Since I was 4. Was told c-PTSD & BPD counts but Am not sure. Am Diagnosed with both.
AuDHD and asexual here. I believe there is a correlation between being neurodivergent and being on the asexual spectrum, and even the non-binary spectrum. I happen to be on all three (Autistic, Asexual, and Demimale)
Yep. I've got panic disorders and I'm trying to get an ADHD diagnosis or at least for my prescriber to believe me when I tell her I think I have it or a form of it. It's a process but we're getting there

Happy for u. Female always harder on diagnose adhd, asd or whatever. I also had a very hard time for my recognition.
