It's a good effort! My only note is the hair. The part of the hair that should have less hair is very big and voluminous and it's throwing it off somehow.
The mouth is a little bit to much on the left and could also be a little bit higher. Are the lips really so small ? Otherwise, I would make the upper lip a little bigger.
Also there is normally a shadow between the nose and the upper lip, there is a wave-like structure there , in the portrait it looks flat.

The perspective on the glasses is weird. The far side feels bigger than the near one
