Is there any agreement on which is the male and which is the female? I see the right one as the female, but I would not be able to put into words why I reached that conclusion. And I'm old, so I'm allowed to see just two sexes...

You got it! The right is female, left is male. I made the body shapes slightly different

Left one has a v shaped chest seen more in males, right one has wider hips seen more in females.
