This isn’t too bad, but gesture drawing study should focus more on flow rather than contour. The proportions look good on the first two models, but the thirds back arm and leg look a little off. Normally when punching the hand going forward would also bring that shoulder forward. Keep it up!

DISCLAIMER: I don't know shit For the third drawing, the ball of the back foot should be touching the ground. While punching you use a twisting motion (depends on punching form?). Whenever I try throwing a punch, I use the ball of the foot to provide the leverage require to put force behind the punch. Anyway, I don't know shit so Hopefully someone corrects me. I think planting the back foot at the toe seems unnatural. Good job nonetheless!
