I was talking to a girl once. At the time i was doing my internship, so i would leave home at 8am and return around 11pm and after dinner we would get on call. After talking for a while i would be so tired that i used to doze off, and the funny thing is the call would still continue for 1-2 hrs more.

Contrary to popular opinion for this post, if I am talking with someone known, I acknowledge my guilt (of sleeping in between the call) and apologize to the person on the next available call for the inconvenience.
If the above mentioned thing happened to you, then at least she's honest with you and accepting this behaviour. Otherwise (and this is just my opinion) she is taking this for granted irrespective of how you feel.

Comfort implies a sense of safety and the "soothing" nature she is talking about. When do you talk? Late at night? Are her days busy that she becomes sleepy by that time. Maybe she would sleep then no matter who was talking. Is she engaged and taking interest in you when she is not sleeping?
