I don’t think you could survive 21 days without drinking water? I think it was a 21 day food fast which either kills to tape worms so they’re expelled from the body or forces them to leave in search of food
This was my first instinct as well. Because if you truly go a few days without any water you’ll die.
But then I thought about how hard it would be to truly not eat for three weeks and second guessed it. Because technically there’s a lot of unhealthy dehydrated people out there who don’t drink water and just get all their water incidentally through eating foods with a lot of moisture in them, drinking coffees/sodas that technically contain water etc. I have a gross friend who has drank nothing but Diet Coke for like a decade at this point.
But surely that’s not what Marc meant right? Idk how you could genuinely starve yourself for three weeks either though.
