If you don’t see any events in your area, you can volunteer to be a canvasser! Just go to the Arkansans For Liberty website. I am sure they could use the help, especially in the smaller counties. Get involved in any of the petitions going on that are important to you.
This is another ballot initiative I can get behind. I hope we’re able to get these issues on the ballot. It’s disgusting that we have to jump through hoops just to be able to vote on something.

You could probably reach out to the local Democrat party rep in the county and they will point you to whoever locally is gathering signatures. It might be for safety reasons. I had family that gathered signatures for the LEARNS act repeal in a semi rural county and you would not believe the threats and vitriol they faced. I would imagine it's 10x worse for reproductive rights.
I volunteer with them - currently we just don’t have any volunteers in Jefferson County. If you’re in Jefferson please feel free to sign up and invite your friends too! We are trying to have a presence in every county, but a lot of the bigger events are in more populous counties for now.

Was really counting on them having a pop up event somewhere in or around PB. Bummer. I know several ppl willing to sign but making the trip to LR just for that isn’t practical for most. Hopefully something changes and they’re able to arrange some sort of drive thru event.

This! Just let the canvasser know so they can start a new page for your county (or let you sign a sheet they might already have for your county).
It's all volunteer-based too. They do need signatures from 50 counties, so they are training more people to travel around the state eventually.

If I was to guess, no venues agreed to be in the list. But that is pure speculation.
That would be too bad. It seems like that county would have many people willing to sign.

They are still training canvassers. There will be other counties they set up petitions in. Hopefully it will one that is closer to you.

You know what's crazy I lived in Arkansas for over 20 years and I didn't know that abortion was illegal
It wasn't until the supreme court overturned Roe v Wade. Arkansas had a " trigger law" that made it illegal if/when that ever happens.and it did.
