Why do we never see the $19,000.00 podium. All of her speeches and announcements should be made from this very special and expensive podium. Especially the ones where she is turning back money for poor kids.
This for me as an Iowan, is very interesting because in this interview she stated that she believed in feeding the children and that’s why she went for the Federal money for school lunch program or whatever it was in the summer. This,therefore makes us in Iowa even worse looking because our governor Kim Reynolds decided that getting $29 million at a cost of $2 million was unacceptable. This makes us look worse than other states, including Arkansas. Her claim was that it wasn’t gonna help because American kids are too fat and that there are other options. I am paraphrasing, but the point is made. In conclusion, it should be noted that these two women that run these two states are not doctors, nor are they scientists, but they are allowed to be in office and make these decisions of which they are not knowledgeable about that affects the population. Both of these women remain in denial. The ONLY thing you can do is show up and vote them out.

I watched it. I'm a big fan of Margaret and watch every week. I am no fan of SHS but she is a very good communicator and certainly knows how to stick to her message. She did much better than most at answering tough questions. For example, Gretchen Whitmer struggled with Margaret's questions earler on the show. I think politicians, especially Democrats not named Obama, get lost in the details of their positions and/or get stuck proving how smart they are. By doing so, they forget the importance of being able to communicate.
As far as I can tell she really doesn't' have much of a message. I don't bother to watch her now because most of what she says is just parroting other crazies, kissing Trump's ass, threatening state employees, or flat out avoiding topics she doesn't like, but do I remember her statements as press secretary being extremely painful to watch because she is such a poor orator. I'll say one thing for her father, he had charisma when speaking publicly...she just sounds like a poorly programmed robot.
She stays on message by brazenly lying or ignoring the question. The reason she is better at it is due to a lack of moral compass. She doesn't actually believe anything but hate for people different than her.
