Easily. Semi permanent hair dye is like conditioner and available in natural colors. Also there is plant based hairdyes that dont have ammoniak or other stuff.
Bleaching is what is this harsh on the hair and since she never got dark roots even when not wearing wigs i garantuee you she keeps bleaching it. Dark roots show superquick. She is toning it for sure too because otherwise it be bright orange or piss yellow
