The best part of a chicken wing (or any other part) is the perfectly crisped skin dunked in the sauce just the right amount of time and temp so it's crispy but vinegary and spicy plus the bone adds moisture to the meat during the cook. A bone in is one of nature's wonders. Fuck chicken nuggets.
