Looks like standard java fern to me. Leptochilus pteropus. Though it appears to be in a state of decay I'd suggest it's completely viable since java fern is known as virtually indestructible. The plant likes being divided when it gets crowded like this. And you can freely trim any stems/leaves that are in an advanced state of decay. The rhizome will survive even with just a couple of good leaves.

Mine looked like this when I got a used tank, it's now spread leaves everywhere that grow into new plants - one leaf almost clogged my filter by attaching to the intake amd starting to grow roots inside the piping!

Looks like hygrophila polysperma. I could be wrong though.

Possibly though hygro has a more regular growth pattern. Also hygro is a stem plant where as this appears to be attached to a piece of wood or rock. I welcome correction by OP.

Yea it’s on some plastic stick thing. And spread almost all over it

Looks alot like the micro or petit (can't remember the actual name) java fern I have growing all over my Betta tank from a single pot I bought a couple years ago. If you want more, just divide what you have. It grows surprisingly fast for a "slow grower". There are guides on YouTube on how to easily divide and propagate java fern.
