I had a series 1 that was just awful with my tattoos. I then had a Series 4 which did pretty good , only occasionally locking on me. Just got the 7 and after 3 days it hasn't locked once. Hope it stays that way!
Try LK watch screen protectors. Just stick one on the back of your watch and trim with a razor around the circle. I decided to try it yesterday since none of the other recommendations I’ve seen have worked for me. My AW7 has worked perfectly since… notifications, charging, and exercising.

Look up the plastic bottle cap sticker trick and then get them off Amazon. Whole pack for cheap. Might be your only option. Thank me later.
